I called this company to inquire about waste pickup it took four separate phone calls to finally get to human being. The last time I was on hold for almost 20 minutes. If this is how they treat a prospective customer I hate to think how they would treat an existing customer

We called the day prior to our scheduled trash pick up day to inform our mandatory trash company that we would be setting out additional bags of trash, due to our up-coming move and that our trash cart was currently full. The lady my husband spoke with asked how many additional bags and said she will notate this for the driver. Today, the provider came through our subdivision and failed to pick up the additional bags of trash, that should have been picked up. We called to state that the garbage truck had just came through and the driver did not bother getting out of the truck to pick up the additional bags of trash we stated would not be in the cart. In addition to this call, we found a note attached to our cart, left by an employee by the name of Chad, indicating that we were improperly dumping trash. The lady we spoke with today stated that another truck was scheduled to come by to pick up the additional bags of trash. It’s now 5:30pm, still our additional trash bags sit outside. Since Gwinnett Clean and Beautiful went behind us tax payers backs and made a decision for us, we are unable to switch providers. It is very unfortunate that this sort of situation has to occur.
