We have been customers of ALL GOOD since 2008 and annually I would deal with their office to remit the annual fee and set up the inspection time. The customer service reps have always helpful and pleasant and the inspectors always showed up on schedule or worked with us if there were issues accessing the property. One staff member in particular, Teresa Roden has gone above and beyond recently for us during our out of state home sale.
Since relocating to California, it became more challenging to manage all the details through our property manager but Teresa through email always helped me to coordinate. I’m prefer dealing with one person so I didn’t hesitate to dig through my email to pull up Teresa’s contact to inquire how best to go about the documentation needed for our closing.
Teresa was super informative and especially patient each time we spoke or corresponded to help our agent make arrangements and deliver final paperwork. We appreciate working with All Good over the years and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good pest control company for their home or business.

Allgood Pest Solutions is great. I’ve used them for 10 years at two separate locations, and they’ve always been very thorough and reasonably priced. The few times I have had an unwanted pest or two make their way in, the Allgood technicians inspected the house, found evidence of the pests at entry sites, set up extra bait to take care of the issue, and made recommendations on trimming back a tree, which solved the issue completely. They notify me via email of their upcoming visit, and I can then OK that visit for outside treatment or call to ask for an inside treatment as well. They even come between visits as needed if I have an issue at no extra charge. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Our business has partnered with Allgood for the last eight years with great success. We have multiple locations in the Athens area and each one has specific needs and demands that have to be met in order to remain pest free. They have been extremely responsive to our needs and have provided overall good service to each of our locations. It is not a one-​size-​fits-​all, so it is been impressive to see how they adapt to each location’s individual needs and provide the needed service.
