Very disappointed in the customer service I had yesterday. Being sick and needing the medicine, I was told they didn’t have it, which is fine. But, when I worked at cvs when I was in high school we would call several other pharmacies within the area to check for the customer. When I asked if they could, I got a huffy, «it will be several hours before I can do that»…Walgreens down the road had it and was very quick to fill it.

Dropped off a rx. I check back five days later but they couldn’t find a record of my visit anywhere. My son needs this rx daily. I was told someone would call me back later that evening to trouble shoot. No call back. I called back and still no one knows anything. These people had me in tears because we moved and home is a few states away and 1) at that point we were running out of pills 2) no one in the entire area seemed to have it in stock 3) the only place we found wouldn’t accept an out of state rx. If cvs had told me they were going to be jerks about it I would have taken it with me when I travelled home the day after dropping off the rx. It’s been almost two weeks and the only time I have spoken to someone there is when I’ve called with zero results. Never again!

Idiots. Pharmacy manager could not find my daughter’s prescription for medicine that she very much needed. We had to return the next day and have another technician help us. He was very rude and acted like it was our fault or our doctors fault. I will be moving all of my prescriptions from this pharmacy as soon as possible. He arrogantly told me he could see all 7000CVS pharmacies and she was not listed. Despite having just picked up a prescription there in November. Never again

Very rude, unhelpful and could careless about the well being of their customers. For example, today we have a family of five, all of us have the flu. Due to their«systems being down», they refuse to fill very important prescriptions to help small children, and us adults get well. When we called to get our scripts transfered to a pharmacy that can actually fill our prescriptions, they were extremely rude, short and unhelpful. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced poor service at this location. They all seem to hate their lives in the pharmacy area and you’d be better suited to go to Walgreens down the street or even the Kroger next door. We are assigned CVS Caremark by our employer for RX coverage, they’ve refused to look up our information and fill our prescriptions multiple times. Go elsewhere if you value your time and sanity, moving forward, we will.

The staff here is amazing. Their pharmacy staff is even better. We have been coming here for years. As a side comment to the Android app, it isn’t CVS fault, it is the app creator.

I just transferred all of my prescriptions to Target because their technology(specifically refills via their Android app) has never functioned. I will, however, say that some of the staff at this location goes above and beyond to be helpful, which is why they got my business initially.
