Love their special coffees just wish they could get the drinks out at the same time as the bagels. If you wait on your coffee to eat your bagel then it is cold and hard. So you eat and then get your coffee. This has been an issue for years. The company should check into this.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff. Since the first day I walked in they have always been so pleasant, I continue to go back because they are so great! They even remember my order from Time to time. Not to mention that their bagels are so good. I’m a customer for life. :)

Delicious bagles, creamy smears, tastey sandwiches and great coffee. The service can be a little hit or miss but the food is always good.

Einstein’s has great bagels and pretty damn good coffee. That said, I’m still consistently disappointed, and it’s not just this location, although they’re consistently inconsistent. I have to ask for a clean knife every time to insure my blueberry or cinnamon raison bagels with plain cream cheese don’t surprise me with healthy chunks of onion flavored spreads. Not good. Apparently, this time, my request threw the associate because both bagels were not toasted as also requested. Did I mention these bagels are awesome… but they’re awesome when they’re made to order. The staff are always nice and professional, which pushes my 2 stars to 3. I just wish they could get it right because I really like them and the food.

Do yourself a favor. Come here at 2pm. They have half price bagel boxes. You can get 6 bagels and a smear for under 5 dollars. You can get the bigger box of 13 with 2 smears for under 8 dollars. This is a great deal. I’ve been doing it on the weekends and just eating bagels for a few mornings afterwards. The Smears alone are worth the price with a few bagels.
Customer service is pretty good. They are pretty quick. Everyone is nice.

Good service. Normally pretty fast except at peak times but even them they move it along. The bagels are quality with plenty nod variety and the coffee is a solid choice. The manager Carrie us great. She takes care of her customers, is always friendly, and keeps the line moving. This is my standard Saturday breakfast choice.

I was a little disappointed with my last visit so I decided to give one more chance to Einstein Bros. Staff was cool, fast, and very happy to serve. I got a Bagel with a coffee, and asked for just a little cream cheese. Little is subjective, I suppose, because I had to wipe half of it off with a napkin… once done, I enjoyed it.
I’m still iffy on their coffee. The best way I can describe it is it seems to take on the flavor of their cups. Almost a hint of cardboard with the flavor. Maybe I need to go in a third time with my own mug to really get a feel for the coffee flavor, but for now, the coffee isn’t doing it for me. Overall, I wanted to bump the score up from my last review, because my experience was better, but I must admit I wont go out of my way to pay a visit. If i’m in the area though, sure, why not?

love to come here to get bagel breakfast sandwiches. I don’t know how they get the bagels so soft and chewy but I love them. The santa fe bagel is my favorite with the roasted peppers.

Food is good, clean environment, but the staff is a joke. Act as if they are «bothered» by customers. I guess you get what you pay for with minimum wage employees. Probably won’t return.

We placed our order for a 13-​bagel box and two other customers paid for their orders before we paid for ours. We paid at 9:31 a.m. The employees dropped the ball, and no one put together our box. After 12 minutes, my husband asked about our order. The order was called back to us again to make sure they ahd the right order. Sadly, we got home to find that we had 3 sesame seed bagels instead of poppy seed bagels. Our thirteenth bagel (a chocolate chip bagel) was not even in the box. So we waited an inexcusable length of time, got three bagels that no one in our house will eat, and we were shorted one entire bagel. It causes me great concern that even after we brought it to the attention of store employees that our order had not been filled and the employees confirmed what we purchased, they still did not fill our order properly and shorted us one bagel. Inexcusably bad service.

While a franchise can only be as good as it’s products and the menu put together by the corporate associates this location has something special going on. Very good employees and a sense that they enjoy you coming through their doors. I recommend you come in for a cup of Joe or a bagel.

Darn Good Coffee…“darn” right! The Vanilla Hazelnut is my favorite, but I’ve also had their Neighborhood Blend, and it’s equally as delicious. Their sandwiches are always yummy.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because they’re still getting some kinks worked out, but if anything’s wrong, just [nicely] let them know, and they will be more than happy to fix it. They are some of the nicest people I’ve worked with as a customer. Props.

Clean, quick in & out, super friendly staff and of course, excellent bagels. It can be tricky getting in and out because they are on the corner of Lawrenceville-​Suwanee Roadn and Duluth Highway. But its worth the trip!
