FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

This is the closest Fedex to where I live, but today will be the last time I try to use this location. I ship a lot of packages for work, and I’ve been to many Fedex locations over the past several years. Out of all the sites Ive visited this site always wants to repackage boxes that every other fedex accepts without looking twice. You would almost think that they get to keep that fee for themselves. Do yourself a favor, and use another Fedex.

This shipping site is horrible. My items have been pending for days and still say they were expected to ship 12÷31÷15. Haven’t received any updates, info, or even had anyone answer my email regarding the hold up. Posted a comment to the Facebook page and it mysteriously vanished…
If I had any other option for my items, I’d have picked them. This is pathetic service for the organization as a whole.

This store has no organization at all. The first person who was helping me walked away in the middle of packing my items to take a phone call. The second person walked away to clock out because her shift was over. I’ve been here for 20 mins waiting for someone to take care of me.

The customer service at this FedEx store is outstanding! I came here several times to get some supplies and to drop off my packages. There is always somebody at the counter to help answer any questions I may have.
I know that a copier machine is easy to operate but sometimes I needed copies made that are not the regular 8.5″ x 11″ size. Therefore, instead of wasting my money on bad copies, I’d ask for help at the counter. The guys there are very glad to help print my legal sized prints and immediately erased my confused look over a machine. What a relief!
The store has all kinds of accessories like highlighters, pens and scissors at the copier machines if you needed them. They also have PCs that work if you needed to check an address or forgot to bring your phone to get the address. If you make lots of copies and needed to bind a book, they can do that for you too.
Anytime I turn in a package, it is always very easy to track my packages on-​line. Besides that, they have fax machines if you need to fax something personal. I do this sometimes to avoid getting all the junk faxes to my home fax machine. Oh yes, I am always hiding from telemarketers.

FedEx is always very efficient in their shipping and packing products. You always get your confirmation and tracking results in a timely manner. Parking is awesome here. Store hours are long and they stay open on weekends too. Best of all, the customer service is top notch! The guys behind the counter may not be Mr. Universe but I will still come into this store for a hassle-​free experience.
