We had ordered some takeout from here and we were pleasantly surprised. The wings were really good. Cooked well, and the sauce was tasty. We also got a salad with the house dressing and that was so yummy! Only issue we really had, so we live on the street directly across from this place. We’re .2 miles from it. I hopped in the shower after placing the order, and returned with about 6 missed called from them and voicemails saying they couldn’t figure out where i lived… I called them and the woman on the phone acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. An hour later we received our food. Side note: the canolis were not good, tasted like they were made the week before.

We were so excited to try Franco’s, we had tried their Alfredo pasta at Taste of Archer and it was good, even after being out for 3 hours. On our first order we placed for pickup my husband had ordered enough for lunch and dinner. They enjoyed their lunch… The dinner however, was another story. It was a large pizza and on my first bite I pulled out a long blonde hair with a black root. Needless to say, we all put our slices back in the box and my husband called Franco’s. The owner was apologetic and told my husband the next pizza would be on them. Awesome right?! Not so much. My husband called back up tonight and the owner refused to honor the $ 22 pizza credit and instead told him he would credit us $ 3. Apparently because we didn’t bring the pizza back up there(which he DIDNOT mention on the phone). What a waste of our money and time. I understand things happen, and we WERE willing to give them a second chance because the guy was originally nice about it. I’m sorry, but poor customer service doesn’t even keep the BEST restaurants open. Disappointed in them, to say the least. We will NOT be back. **Mark: As stated in the review above, enough was ordered for lunch and dinner. Other items were ordered for lunch and the pizza was for dinner. That’s why a hair was not found until«7 hours later». Also, as stated above, he was not told to bring the pizza back in order to get the full credit. Otherwise we would have brought it back, hair and all.

I went there yesterday with some family members and had an overall pleasant experience. Upon entering the door, we were greeted by multiple people who work there. The server was friendly and prompt. The pizza was tasty, light and not too greasy. The toppings were enough and the flavor was delicious. They added additional seating and did a small expansion. The place looks nice inside, the Decour is fun. Good small spot if you are in the area.

Stopped in here this week based off of a past, positive experience with my family and was pleased with our server(Cheyenne) she was very bubbly and did a great job checking on us! Now onto feedback about the food… We ordered a pepperoni pizza and it came out piping hot but was extremely greasy and lacked flavor. It wasn’t bad it was«just ok» we may return and try the Garden Pizza in the future. We liked the garlic knots that they gave for free but they had way too much garlic butter at the bottom of the bowl and would’ve tasted better if their temperature was hotter(they were literally lukewarm) The restaurant itself has a mom and pop feel to it and the restrooms were actually well maintained. I like the fact that they are apart of the plum reads program so you can get loyalty points every visit.

The pizza is thin just like from back home(NYNJ area). However, I do take it home and tweak it with pepper, parm, and oregano and put it in the toaster to make it crispy. With the minor alterations, a year ago it used to be hands down the best I have been able to find near my home. Unfortunately, due to the changes I haven’t bought much of anything from them lately. Why 2 stars off? –1* The amount of cheese they use on certain things like the pasta is crazy. Like heart attack bad! I always ask for little cheese on mine. With the cinnamon and garlic bites I ask for little butter because the dough will literally be swimming in a pool of butter at the bottom! They normally gladly adjust this. –1* The garlic bread that used to be in love eith and used to be so good(3 for $ 1) has been discontinued and replaced. Also, the loyalty program(spend 100 and get a 6 credit) has also ended. I kind of feel like they just let it go after their sales expanded. I wish they’d get back to the basics with better food and customer loyalty/service! P. S. Thank you for responding !!

Had lunch there today. It was our first time there. Place was clean, and staff was very friendly. We like that they had a lunch menu, we both got a slice, salad and drink. I got pepperoni and my husband got cheese. Choosing cheese the combo was only $ 4.99. That’s a great bargain for lunch and it was delicious. The crust was good and thin and the sauce you can tell was fresh. We will be back and we spread the word to our co-workers.

Best Pizza I have had in years! Everything is handmade/homemade. The pizza sauce is outstanding! A must go!

We pass at least three other pizza places on the drive to Franco’s, but the food is so good compared to other places nearby that it’s worth a few extra minutes drive. The pizza crust is chewy and fresh-tasting, the sauce is flavorful without being overly spicy or sweet, and the cheese is melty and delicious. Their spinach mushroom penne is also delicious but extremely rich. Service is quick and courteous. Atmosphere nothing special — it’s a take-out place with a newly added dining area that is nice enough.

I had just come back from my trip to New York City when I tried Franco’s for the first time. Honestly, I think it tastes better than the pizza slices I had in NYC! It’s flavorful and tastes like they use good quality cheese. I go to Franco’s almost every Tuesday because the slices are only $ 1.50!

Really good pizza, so much better than any local delivery I’ve had! Not greasy and the wings are huge and delish! So pleased that they will so offer sit down dining offered. The sweet delivery guy Greyson is the best!

My partner and I are from NY and Philly respectively and have been searching for that true northern pizza experience since we got here. Omg we’ve tried no less than 30 places from Gwinnett to Atlanta and they all ranged from lackluster to laughable. Enter this place. It got decent reviews and its only 6 mins from our home so we gave it a shot today. Having learned our lesson we purchased just one slice as opposed to being stuck with an entire box of pizza that no one wanted. It was decent but lacked that floppy, foldable, greasy NY/Philly vibe but it was certainly the best we have come across. So we ordered two pepperoni and two ground turkey slices. Pizza came with no ground turkey. Easy mistake and they said they’ll fix it. 2 mins later they tell us its only one ground turkey slice left so do we mind if they just sprinkle ground turkey over the slices. Ummmmmmmm ok. Three mins after that we are told the ground turkey has to cook. BYEFELICIA. Would have been nice if they offered something else like maybe a soda or dessert. We won’t be back. Real shame. The search continues but not just for awesome pizza but awesome service.

This pizza is amazing! If you are ever in the area and you are sick of the crappy chain pizza restaurants, stop by Franco’s and get some authentic pizza. They also have amazing wings and pasta. The service is wonderful and the atmosphere is also amazing.

I had read all the raving reviews for this place a while back. Well, I found myself in Grayson the other day with a very little amount of time, so I figured pizza by the slice would be quick and easy. I walk in and inquire about lunch specials. Basically, a two topping slice was like 3.69 and a cheese slice was 1.99. I ordered one of each. The staff was so friendly and eager to serve. The girl who took my order was telling me how great their wings were and asked if I had tried them. Basically, she made conversation with me until the slices were heated up that I ordered. Another customer came in who was obviously a regular and they were very friendly with him as well and seemed to be very appreciative of our business. I wanted to really like this place so bad as a result of the great service and the friendliness of the staff(one of which was possibly the owner but I am not sure). So for service I give them 5 stars. However, it is all down hill from there. Value: If you were actually in NYC I am sure those are some great prices. But here in suburban ATL, they are high. My go to NY style pizza place in Dacula has slices for 1.25 and additional toppings are like .59 each. The slices are Franco’s are also well smaller than the more well know competitor they have. So Value– 2 stars at most. Quality and Taste of Food: Although the food is not terrible, it is somewhat bland. Pizza is all about the Crust, quality of cheese and taste of the sauce. They failed at two out of three of those. They were also very skimpy on the toppings. I ordered pepperoni and banana peppers on one and the supposed«large new york slices» had like 4 pepperoni and 4 pieces of banana peppers(basically maybe the equivalent of one banana pepper ring cut into 4 small pieces), so that was an epic fail. The restaurant itself: I know they intend to be a takeout establishment. However, you should always have at least two small tables for someone who needs them. For example, I live 20 minutes from here, so had I waited to take my pizza home, it would have been cold. The problem was, there is literally not a single table in this joint. Thus, I had to eat in the parking lot which is never fun, especially with pizza. So that part is an epic fail in my opinion as well. Also, remember the girl was pushing their hot wings. Well, I have a rule about takeout hot wings. I do not do that because the steam takes away the crispiness of hot wings. Takeout is not where its at unless it is Chinese or pizza that is within a 5 minute commute of your residence. So with as much as I wanted to like the place, it was not very good. And I hope you take the time to read this review, because trust me, if you read the other reviews you will go in expecting a lot and I can all but guarantee disappointment. That is, unless you just like bland cheese and not so good sauce on a decent crust pizza that is pricey. If that is the case, you will totally disagree with my review. I probably would go 1 ½ stars if I could but I am somewhat comfortable with the 2 stars I gave it due to the great service.

I ordered cinnamon streusel, the pecans were burnt AND you have to put the icing on the dessert yourself. not only that, but they gave me two small cups of icing which only covered ¼ of the struessel, then charged me $ 3 for extra icing… what!!! I can get a tasty cinnamon dessert with plenty of icing from stevi b’s pizza… that’s where I will get it from now on!

Franco’s deserves a 4.5÷5 stars. Great pizza, EXCELLENT customer service and very reasonable prices. Their hand-tossed crust is very nice, not doughy at all, and crispy & chewy on the exterior — it’s nicely thin for a hand-tossed :-) Although we’ve only had the pepperoni & mushroom so far, next on deck is the BBQ chicken pizza! Take out and delivery only, so be prepared to eat in your car because there’s NO way you’ll make it home and not devour a few heavenly slices on the WAY!

I have been eating here for about a year and it is the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. The prices are reasonable and the staff is great. The owners always seem to be the and are really in touch with their customers. Great pizza, wings, breadsticks, and salad.

After looking on Unilocal!for a decent New York Style pizza place because the regulars were getting boring, we found this. I went to the site, which is very nice and gives you the ability to order online. It tells you when the order has been received and an estimated delivery time. When we received the pizza, it is the most delicious pizza I have had since visiting New York years ago. I did not want to stop eating, even though I was so stuffed after one piece I could barely breathe. The delivery lady was very kind, and from the conversation it seemed she has a part in ownership. The vegetables were fresh, the sauce tasted homemade, and the cinnamon bread was heavenly. Forget Papa John’s and Pizza Hut, I’m never ordering from there again! I’m sticking with this gem.

Nice and thin New York style slices and good flavor. The owner was very friendly. She was open to suggestions, since they are experimenting with their menu. They have reasonably priced pies and frequent specials. I heard that the pasta was good and that they cater. I will return on a regular basis.

I ate here twice and really like the food. The staff is very nice. The food is flavorful. There are no tables to sit at. It is more so a store front. I suggest calling in your order and going to pick it up.
