Dr Shah and his entire staff were great!
I scheduled my initial consultation online. I arrived 10 minutes early to finish my paperwork as a new client. Once completed, I was brought into the back to begin my exam, right on time for my scheduled appointment. Great start! Everything went very smoothly, and the initial consultation doctor (her name escapes me right now) was super friendly and explained the process and procedure in detail.
After my exams, including dilating my eyes, I sat down with their appointment scheduler and made my appointment for 2 days from my consultation. I used their financing, and that whole process took less than 5 minutes.
Day of my surgery there was a few more exams with an approximate 30 minute wait before I was brought in for surgery. (There were 2 others before me for surgery). Dr Shah was extremely pleasant during the entire surgery process (10 – 12 minutes?) and calmly spoke to me during the surgery which kept me at ease.
I have since had 2 follow up visits, one the day after and my 1 week follow up. Both times I was brought back within 5 minutes of my arrival and all the staff was warm and welcoming.
Would HIGHLY recommend Dr Shah and this office if you are considering having LASIK done.
