Do not send your children to this center. There are far better schools in the Dacula area. The owner is deceitful, uneducated(her own words), and has no place owning and operating a child care establishment. Please read the other bad reviews and be warned.

Awful Experience Please do your homework before sending your child to this center. Observe classrooms, teachers and other staff at Old Fountain Academy prior to enrolling your child in any of the programs they offer. Polices and procedures set in place by the Georgia Pre-K Program, Bright from the Start were not followed. Problems and concerns were handled in an unprofessional and uneducated way that did not promote resolution, but rather facilitated a spiraling of negative events. Based on our negative experiences and others that I am now aware of, I have a hard time believing all of these reviews are actually from the parents of children who attend or have attended Old Fountain Academy. Please do your homework before sending your child to Old Fountain Academy.

Do not subject your innocent precious children to this horrible place and dispicable people!!! They will seem very nice at first but something is definitely not right here… i wish i would have looked at reviews beforehand. Aside from the poor communication with parents on a regular basis and poorly run program there is much more! You will find some terrible reviews from several sites that have a common theme! Beware of the owner Sharon Wilson! She herself and some of the staff are very unprofessional and uneducated. Inappropriate terms(downright vulgar!) were used by the assistant teacher and Sharon to describe my child’s(age appropriate & developmentally appropriate) behavior. At first they act like they want to work with you as a team with your child but they never actually follow through on their end and basically blame you and how you do things at home! We were told flat out lies about our childs behavior! Nothing they alleged was ever seen at home! Nor taught at home. We caught her in a lie. the things they did and said were unbelievably disgusting and disturbing!!! There is much more to my experience. i am concerned for other families and children! We have taken proper measures in our hands at this point.

worst daycare ever! in the beginning everything seemed fine, but i should have known when things kept happening. my daughter would come home soaked through her clothes from a wet diaper, came home with a black eye(no incident report) bruises and scratches all over her.(no incident reports) she was clearly having rashes due to being allergic to something, her rashes did not happen at home. so after i brought it nicely to the daycares attention they handed me a referral letter to take my daughter to the doctor instead of solving the problem. then proceeded to tell me it was best i dont bring my daughter back to daycare. through an email! could not tell me on the phone or in person. so after i respectfully removed my daughter, they continued to run my card for weekly amounts. all the owners care about is money, not the well being of a child!

My daughter really enjoys school here! Her teacher Mrs. Amanda is a great teacher and Sienna loves her. She is enrolled in the Georgia State Pre-k program and they keep I’m line with the program very well.

My daughter loves her pre-k here. The staff is great and her teacher«Ms. Amanda» is wonderful! Sienna loves her teacher and that really makes her mother and I happy! They offer a before-school and after-school program for kids that need to be dropped off early or picked up late. They also have events throughout the year where they bring the students and families together. I definitely recommend Old Fountain Academy!

My girls went here from Jan 2012 — May 2012 Both girls loved it here and their teachers cried when we left. It was so heartbreaking trying to find a daycare/school where you will entrust strangers with the most important people of your life. We were glad Old Fountain watched our girls for that short time, and they will miss their teachers dearly. It has been 2 months since they were last at school and my oldest(2.5 years old) still asks about her teacher Ms Tatiana. I would have rated a 5 star if their daily take-home sheet was more detailed as to what they did that day(ie. Bela did this for the first time, or Lili rolled over today).
