Location does not meet standards of other Olive Garden’s. Went to «pronto» lunch 6⁄28 with a party of 3. Restaurant was not crowded. Waited over an hour for meal. Table was dirty. Service was AWFUL. Slow and inattentive. Waitress asked us to help her clear the table, never brought bag for breadsticks as asked, never came with drink refills. After an hour we were thirsty. All staff at this location are not good. They need a whole new crew and a general clean up of this property. Sorry Olive Garden, we are fans but WILLNOTBEBACK to this location.

Never would I off thought to come to Olive Garden. It was mothers day, and when I asked her, where she wanted to go she said Olive Garden. So I hesitantly made the reservation for 3 We arrived on time and the table was ready. Right away the server took our drink order. I’ll start by saying my wife chose to order glass of Pinot Noir. i had glenlivet on the rocks, What an amazing choice. It was perfect and fitting for the meals. All of the meals ordered where on point. No one had a negative comment to make. my wife the chicken Toscana, i had sirloin with potato purée and steamed broccoli, med rare and it was delicious. Paired perfectly with the wine. Even my kid cleared there plates with no complaints. he loved the mushroom stuffed with mozarella. The deserts were fantastic too. The restaurant is clean, service was excellent and the food was delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My wife loved everything about it. That in itself merits 5 stars. I would definitely return. I felt like I was in an episode of the Sopranos. You know when the whole family is together eating Italian food, indulging in good food and wine. It was perfect.

Been to this location several times over the years. Afterward we would go to the Yolo for dessert, but seems they’ve gone out of business. This place is clean an pleasant and can get crowded for table seating. We usually sit at the bar but today we opted for booths near the bar. We had a very nice Hispanic waiter who was attentive. We had a couple of appies. Hubby chose a chicken dish which didn’t look like much but was actually tasty. The pieces were accompanied by a white sauce. I opted for fried pasta filled with cheese and served with a red sauce. These, too, were good. For dinner we chose lasagne dishes. I had a seafood one which consisted of shrimp and lasagne pasta in a white sauce. Hubby had some sort of stacked dish in a red sauce that he said it was good and ate the entire thing. I did a 5 class tasting of red and white wines for 25 cents each and chose to have two glasses of a pleasant Chardonnay. Overall Olive Garden is a pretty good standby. They now offer wine in 6.5 oz and 9 oz serving sizes. They also have little machines on the tables that you can order through, play games on, and pay your bill.

I went there on Saturday with my husband and 2 little girls. My 5 year old told me it looked like there was something burnt in her soup and after looking further it was a baby cockroach. So disgusting. We just got up and left. Where there is one, there are many. So gross. We are NEVERGOINGBACK.

If my wallet had final say in the rating, this place would be 4 or higher. But my tastebuds have more clout and they say 3, barely. It does not take intelligence to see why this chain has plenty of fans though. I feel bad for the family owned shops who are so much better, but can’t compete when it comes to pricing or location. I’ve eaten here a few times in the past, if memory serves it has been over 10 years. If anything I think there has been improvement, there seemed to be a few more interesting choices than I remember. I found myself struggling to choose between a few of them, in the end I went with my old standby, a chicken parm sandwich. The all you can eat salad was fresh and tasty, it would have been even more so if spring mix was used instead of iceberg. The breadstick roll was a nice touch, but it needed more marinara. The cutlet was good, better than I expected. My uncle went with an option of getting 1 entrée to eat now, and one to take home. There are stipulations when ordering this way, by all appearances he enjoyed his baked ziti-ish dish, and even took half of that home. I can empathize as to why seniors love this place, for $ 13 or so he will have at least 3 meals. Our waitress Jackie was very nice, and very patient with us. There was even a manager checking in on everyone, something you don’t see with many chains. I liked that they have a pos type system at each table. You can’t order your meal, but you can order drinks, call for your server, and pay your tab. All considered a good and inexpensive lunch, albeit a highly salted one. 3.25 unlimited soup or salad and breadstick Unilocal

I really do love the food at Olive Garden but time and again this location disappoints with its service. Been to this location thrice — dine in twice and a online order take out once — and all 3 times I have faced some or the other problem. They just cannot seem to get the order right or maybe I am plain unlucky ! 5 stars on the food — we tried the chicken and gnocchi soup and the Zappa Toscana and both were really flavorful — the Zuppa Toscana was nice and light and the chicken and gnocchi was thick and full. The chicken Caesar had these surprisingly different croutons which were crispy and tasted really good! Build my own pasta — the spaghetti with the white wine sauce and the Italian sausage — seemed weird when I ordered but the final product was awesome! Give it a shot:) The peach sangria is a must try — light and fruity– a perfect drink for the afternoon. Again– only if they could up there service I am sure people would love to come back to this location !

Walked in the door I was greeted right away and sat for lunch hostess was on her game. When I sat at my table my server Debbie She did ask if I wanted a complimentary taste of there house wine. My soup was brought out right away. And breadsticks. Pasta did come out very quickly too. I did ask for my pasta to have extra sauce! It is really dry to my tasting when it arrives. I asked for a bit more sauce and when it arrived Debbie told me the kitchen said they would have to charge me for it! This sounded very weird since I eat at Olive Garden a ton. I asked to speak with a manager. When the manager holly did arrive at my table she advised me it was a mistake on the kitchens part they do not charge for extra sauce on a main course. She handled the problem very well and I was told it would not be on my bill. So this seems it is a back of the house issue as they say in the food industry! Debbie has been a great server and was checking in often to see how I was making out. I got the build your own pasta with the tri color pasta the Asiago garlic Alfredo sauce it was very good. The extra Alfredo sauce did not have the roasted garlic in it that was a disappointment cause it is usually very good. The place had a great lunch crowed in it. It is an easy get in and get out of the location with having multiple exits to use. The place is clean looking around from being in the business there are the Little things at some areas just from looking around that could use a little help at them. It looks like they did just replace all the chairs and booths in this location too. I would recommend people to come here it was a pleasurable experience the manager does care I could tell after speaking with her. They do have something I have never seen in an Olive Garden a long table for a bunch a people in a group to sit at like in the old country of Italy families would eat Sunday dinner at it is a great add to the restaurant and is in a room all to itself. It looks like they do also have s private room for a party or office meetings having lunch. They do have games on the tables here you can use or bring your kids to use to keep Them involved in even trivia to Make it a family fun. The manager did check back in with me before I am leaving again I did share a little feed back and she seems like she does want all to Have a pleasurable experience.

Just visited and the new tables and chairs at this Olive Garden are the most uncomfortable chairs ever. It sits you in a position as if your on the carnival ride the zipper or on the toilet. I miss the old chairs. As for my visit it was great but the new table and chairs #Fail and they took away privacy

I walked in during the lunch hour and we waited at least 15 – 20 minutes for a table. The hostesses lacked hospitality and professionalism– they didn’t have the common sense to at least apologize or say anything like ‘Sorry, just wait a few more minutes, we are doing our best to get you a table as quick as possible” Strike one. Then at least 7 staff members congregated to the front in the hostess area to mingle, laugh and talk loudly as if they were on their smoke break. I thought that was very unprofessional. Strike two. Lastly, our server did the BAREMINIMUM and exuded a perfunctory attitude, so much so, that when I asked her for a glass of water, I almost felt like she was annoyed or offended I even asked her anything(um…isn’t that your job???). She didn’t crack a smile either. She was a little half-assed. Strike three. If it wasn’t for the food being pretty decent(considering it’s inauthentic Italian food but very affordable), I would have easily rated this place a one on the scale.

horrible service, waited at the front to be seated for almost 15 minutes. Then was greeted by a horrible water who looked as if he hated the world and was so rude about ordering. Horrible restaurant and service, please avoid! Also the breadsticks were rock solid

I decided to check out this place with the hubby on a Wednesday afternoon. And with the $ 6 coupon for unlimited bread sticks, salad and soup, I thought why not. Bread sticks were warm and slightly buttery. Salad has crunch croutons, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, olives and red onions tossed with just the right amount of Caesar dressing so that it’s not drowned in sauce. And for the soup, I tried the Zuppa Toscan which had soft slices of potatoes, minced sausage and kale. It was very good. I tried the Minestone… not so good, so I went back to the Tuscan soup. My hubby tried the spicy shrimp scampi fritta with spicy cherry pepper sauce. The sauce was more sweet than spicy, and very yummy. Also, try their Kiwi-Melon Limonata — it’s a refreshing non-alcoholic spritzer. Going to Olive Garden, I had no expectations of authentic Italian food, but I was hoping to be satisfied while on a budget. And this place met my needs. Also, our server was really friendly and fast. I hadn’t gone to an Olive Garden in ages, but from what I remembered from my last visit about 10 years ago, the décor had not changed much. However, their efficiency in service has. Basically, after you finish eating, there’s a small«table kiosk» machine on every table that allows you to pay and tip without ever handing your credit card or asking for the check from your server. Very convenient and definitely saves time.

We went few years ago and swore never to come back. Food is decent but service is so bad. It wasn’t a busy time but we waited long to get our food. Servers were talking and laughing but no one even bothered to check how everything was at our table. We were«forced» to go back only because our daughter gave us a gift card for our anniversary. So we said we’ll give it another try and went last week. It’s still the same. Food is decent but service is bad. Management should come up with customer service training or something. I would rather go to Applebee’s across the street and pay for my meal.

I’m going to make this short and sweet. Once you eat real Italian food you can’t eat this. Food tasted plastic like and the salad was soggy. My waitress seemed so annoyed and my kids lemonade was Luke warm. Only thing good was the sangria. Never again‼‼‼

The food is descent and taste good. The restaurant is just a zoo… Too many people around, very little intimate tables and calm. Most tables around us had screaming children and neither the parents nor the manager seemed to care. I had papardelle pescatore and it was pretty good, but not enough sea food in my pasta. The AC was blasting on our table and we had to leave, because it was too cold.

Service was not good. Nor was the food. Why were people walking around all the time around us? Please don’t shake your head next time when you see somebody sharing a coupon manufactured by the company. It’s not only annoying but also rude.

This is an Olive Garden, not a five-star gourmet Italian restaurant. That said, I almost always enjoy Olive Garden for what it is. Their unlimited soup and salad is great for lunch. However, on my most recent visit they had really decreased the number of servers. Our waitress had 4 tables meaning she was covering 20 patrons and had to run around like a maniac. She did as best as she could under the circumstances. I asked her if they were short-staffed and she said, no that’s how it always is. So it’s diffiuclt to eat here on a Friday and make it back to work if you only have a 1-hour lunch. Your best bet is to sit at the bar.
