Thank you so much for the great service I received from Reid. The golf cart broken down while he was out showing me storage units and let me tell you it was hot. He was extremely patient and showed me several units. Public Storage you have a wonderful employee please take care and cherish him. He was so awesome!

I Have been a customer at public storage for 5+ years and have been satisfied with the units and the cost of storage in 3 different states.
I recently downsized a storage unit and dealt with a gentleman named Reid and really appreciated and enjoyed the extraordinary service I received from Reid! He went out of his way to explain all the documents as week as the best options for me. Even loaned me his broom to sweep out the larger unit after it was empty.
