Absolutely disgusted!
my one bad experience has completely soiled Sherwin Williams for me.
I went in there wanting 2 gallons of Shell White flat, the cheapest they sell. It’s what my painter needed, and it was all being done under his contracting account. The sales associate, who had a major attitude, so unfriendly, (like my presence of being there was bothering him) mixed up the wrong paint, instead he mixed up the most expensive one version. He wouldn’t re-​do it either.
I feel like I was taken advantage of, maybe because I’m a woman, and seemed unassuming. I’m very upset by this.
Stay away from this location!!!

Walked in with a minor issue. Usually buy my paint at a Sherwin Williams 20 min away, therefore this location does not have my history in their system. Made a big deal about my issue, it only took a phone call for me to get the color code from my usual location and take care of the issue.
Very bad customer service skills.

I’ve been told numerous times by contractors and professional painters that Sherwin Williams is the best paint, period. So when hubby and I needed to treat our wood swing we decided to give it a try. We were the only people in there and we were greeted and assisted immediately. The employee made suggestions and was super nice and helpful. We will definitely be back, a bit pricey, but we will see if its worth it.
