First of all, the parking lot at this location has about ten spots between three stores and theres an autoshop building next door. Second, the customer service here varies. There is one particular lady who does give people a hard time, such as putting a little bit of lettuce on the sandwich and therefore having us ask for more(at a price). For the most part, the others are really kind, friendly staff workers who remembers who we are and don’t mind conversing while fixing our sandwiches. The place can get pretty busy on Sundays, and the food is pretty standard for Subway sandwiches.

I normally enjoy getting a foot long sandwich at any subway and always asking for additional meats or whatever. But this particular franchise has given my sister a hard time, twice. Just for asking to double on the meat and cheese on her foot long meatball sub in which she’s well aware of the charges that comes with it. I’m assuming that most places that wants to sell people something regardless if they can consume it or not, would love it when people wants to double on something and willingly agreed to pay the amount for it. But no, not this little subway. The first incident, they complained that my sister was asking for too much meatballs and then too much cheese. Then my sister wanted the sub to be cut 4 ways and the woman who was making it complained that my sister was asking for too much. I wasn’t present at the time it happened so I wasn’t able to tell them off. The second time, which happened yesterday, yet again, i was not present to ream these people a new a$$. My sis asked for the same sub that she got the last time. Before she ordered, she told the lady that she’s aware of the additional charges for the extras. This time, the lady said that she might not have enough meatballs left to sell to other people if my sister doubled up on the meat. I’m thinking, what if they didn’t sell anymore meatballs that day? Wouldn’t it still have gone to waste anyways? Or am I just not getting it? I would personally rather make as many sales on one order rather than sitting all day in hoping to make 1 sale or none at all. Then my sister asked her to cut into 4s and the lady said she don’t know if she could do that. But she could cut it in half. Ok, can someone please tell me what’s wrong with this picture? If you can cut the sub into half, why can you not cut it into 4s? It’s the most ridiculous services ever.
