It’s Taco Bell, what more do you want. This one is kept pretty clean though and nice employees for the most part the few times I’ve been in there.

Out of all Taco Bells I have visited this one has the best service. It always friendly and consistent. I never had a bad experience here. Brandon took my order today and was exceptional.

Had perfect service from Charlee as soon as we walked in the door! Food was good as usual but Charlee definitely made the visit! She was very happy and welcoming!!!

Wait staff is ok. Clean bathrooms. Slower than other taco bells. Lots of Windows for nice day light ambiance. Ok taco bell experience. Food is hot though!

Third time getting my order wrong at night. Unfortunately this time I took it to go and didn’t check. Sour cream tasted spoiled and the 3rd time the same guy burnt my burrito… I didn’t get a new one either.

Used to be good… but the last two out of four orders, they’ve screwed up. Any time I want to add (eg. sauce) or subtract (eg. sour cream) something, it’s on the order screen and receipt correctly,… but it appears to be too difficult for the folks in the back to handle.

You know how a lot of fast food places get your order wrong a lot? This one doesn’t. Seriously. They are friendly, fast and accurate. They’re also open until 3 a.m. on the weekend.

I just have to add that the attitude has changed at this place. The one lady that took my order at the drive thru was cursing in between orders calling people stupid and just seemed annoyed… ugh how rude! Made my experience very memorable, not in a good way though…

I been here plenty of times and there has only been one time my food was good. The last time my chalupa bread was hard as a rock and the meat tasted old… the one a pleasanthill is much better.
