I purchased a Groupon for whitening from this company, scheduled an appt. to receive an email saying she, the owner, had been in an automobile accident and cancelled my appt. Several weeks later, I made an another appt., drove 45 min. out of my way to her location to discover she was a no-show. I waited 30 min. and finally spoke w/her on the phone to discover her grandfather passed away… grandmother in hospital… legal issues involving her grandfather’s estate… and her own personal medical issues keeping her in «excruciating pain.» She apologized and offered to come to my home to do the session so we set up another appt. She then cancelled this appt. as well the day before but with no explanation. Extremely disappointing experience and deplorable service.
