We had Triad install a complete HVAC system 5 ½ years ago. We had some issues with the compressor over the years but when it quit again this year, the owner and technician at Triad bent over backwards to help us and they completely exceeded our expectations! Thank you for standing behind your work. We will definitely recommend you to others. Mike & Doug in Roswell

Let’s see one star rating seems about right for a company that has employees that lie to you about your air conditioning unit. If I could give no stars that would be even better. Nothing is worse than being lied to when trying to get home appliances repaired. It is the summer time and the season for AC units to start acting up. My Air conditioning stopped blowing cool air so I had to find a company with trustful mechanics to come do the repair. I live at a condominium and therefore I had my place give me references of good companies that had worked on the complex before. Thinking I could trust this company and employees was a big mistake. I was lucky to have them stop by when they were checking up on someone elses unit on the same day. Two men showed up and were kind in their words, but after checking my furnace and messing with my AC unit, they came back and told me they had tried everything and could not get my AC unit to work. They then proceeded to tell me that I had only 3 choices. 1st choice was to replace my compressor a $ 2,500 charge. 2nd choice was to replace my whole AC unit for $ 2,888. Let’s save the best for last… The third option was to replace my furnace and AC unit for a whopping $ 3,777. As a young professional, I don’t have that kind of money to just be throwing around. I just couldn’t get myself to believe that I was about to pay this much to fix my AC after moving in not long ago. Therefore, I reached out to an individual mechanic referred to by close friends. This man gave proof that the two mechanics from TRIAD had completely lied to me. This individual mechanic had fixed my AC by replacing a capacitor for 100 bucks?! I was shocked! A happy shocked because my AC was blowing cool air again, but also a fuming pissed off shock because I was also lied to by TRIAD mechanics. Seeing the difference in price for what I may have gotten myself into made me so upset. I usually am not one to complain or get all hyped up like this, but when I think of that chance that I might have believed the TRIAD mechanics and ended up paying almost $ 3,000-$ 4,000 dollars in repair instead of $ 100. it sickens me. It’s already hard these days to find anyone good and trustworthy to do repairs on appliances you are unfamiliar with. You can definitely cross TRIAD mechanic off your list.
