Nick the Manager is a total a-​hole. He knows nothing about customer service and dealing with the public. I’ve been a very loyal customer having used them for several moves and storage. I recently asked him to waive a fee that he has 100% authority to do and he told me he saw «no need». «No need» after 2 years of patronage. He must be crazy. That’s not to mention the slower than molasses lines and the almost always very robotic service at the counter. In spite ot that, I continued to do business because of the convenience of this location. But I see «no need» to continue as well. I am telling you, you don’t want people with certain ideologies running places like this nor do you want to put your things in a place like this as life happens. And when life happens, you want to at least know there is some level of compassion. Too many other locations to fight with anyone at this one.
