Best apartments by far in the area. It is a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. I have been here since December and I love it! it is so close to the mall and I can get to work fast because the interstate is right here! The staff members always talk to me when I come get my coffee.

Received a note under the door of the apartment today about a late payment Never in all the years of customer service work would I imagine leaving such a threatening note under someone’s door without prior attempts to clear up an issue such as this. Rent was paid in full, and a note as aggressive as this is simply inappropriate. It must have something to do with the new property management company and I hope the apartment owners realize this before all the good tenants are run out. I will make sure to warn everyone I can to not live here.

We toured this place and were excited about it and took the plunge. «Wine down Wednesday»(Social) and several other enjoyable events weekly, and monthly. RAM Partners LLC was good about keeping it real and social while ensuring people were watching the rules and doing the right thing. December brought a change of property managers, RAM Partners were apparently out, they hadn’t rented enough units, such is business. A company called«Woodward Property Management» entered the picture. Ouch! This has become a disaster. No more«Wine down Wednesdays»(Too costly according to the desk), Weekly and monthly became 1 lame monthly event. We’ve saw a lot of «fines» issued, and many tenants leave — not sure if that’s good or bad, but the place is going downhill. I hope you like dogs — because at 6:01 pm each evening, when the managers leave, tenants head out to the courtyards, they don’t use leashes, and let dogs(Sometimes 4 or 5 at a time) run in the courtyards — we do NOT like dogs and can no longer use the things we pay higher rent for. We’ve complained but they want«Photos» and us to publicly point out people even when they have security cameras that show all this. Dog poop in the courtyards, near the grilling place and now the Pool. Seems this Woodward likes to make it too tough to get something done, and the desk is never accountable — with 1 out of three or four trying to help people. The ONLY decent thing is the maintenance guys. They get whatever you need done quick, but we’ve found lots of building problems. I think the owner got taken for a ride by the contractors, I’ve never seen things so bad ‘after the fact”. Those guys have their work cut out for them. Compare your rent and divide it by your square footage — you’ll figure it out pretty quick — Woodward is telling folks they’re raising rents for«Spring Season» and it’s already over-priced. RUN, do not walk to your nearest exit! And steer clear of «Liza» the property queen. Worse, our neighbor found a man TWICE passed out and sleeping in the stairwell with his pants down, and he was NOT a tenant, just a «friend» of one — Security is non-existent and we’re about to leave when out lease is up. Things seem backwards, — over emphasis on internal rules, no policing of the animal owners and fewer and fewer perks… We LOVE baseball, but it’s easier to live elsewhere and simply pay $ 5 to park and $ 4 for the lawn, you’re closer that this place and at $ 9 a game it’s a WHOLE lot less than this new management hell…
