The drive-thru is way too slow. People don’t have that kind of time when they are on a lunch break. The food is just so-so and the customer service has gone downhill as well. When this new location opened, it was great for about a month. Now they have a guy that works drive-thru that does not even speak to you. You don’t even get a hello, thank you, have a nice day, kiss my a@@, or anything. My co-worker asked him if he could talk once and all he said was «Do what?». (at least we got the answer…), then silence again. No thanks!

This may be a new location. And it is very pretty its well kept but this Wendy’s is the slowest ever I’ve been in the drive thru now for 7 minutes on top of that there’s usually something wrong with you order. The only reason I continue to go to this location because it’s the only one convenient to my job. They really need to work and how quickly they get the food out the window and correctly
