Wingstop

I’ve literally been coming here for over a decade, and I’ve been a very loyal customer. However, lately this store has gone down hill. The employees are rude. The wait times are unrealistic, and the order is never right. The last time I had a good experience at a Wingstop, and I had to travel further to a different location just to ensure it would be right. Ordering a 30 piece wing that takes an hour to prepare only to get home and discover that not only is it not cooked to your specification but items are missing is not good business. Being hung up on twice after being placed in 5 minute holds so you can place an order is not good business.

I happened upon WingStop on Lawrenceville Rd. accidentally and I’m so glad I did… Michael (Mike) really respects the business by showcasing his knowledge of the products, his recommendations, customer service skills and the consistency of his cooking techniques… I like my wings cooked soft, Mike and Asia always make sure they are cooked to perfection… The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is very family oriented… Great job guys, keep up the fantastic service and quality of your food.

How can you sell HOT wings and you don’t have free water… Then you buy a small drink for $ 2+ and they are out of Coke. My pregnant wife only drinks water but was forced to drink sugary drink or pay for a bottle of water with no refills. That’s funkied up.

I have eaten here for years. Not as often as I would like as they are not close to home but, the wings are great! I even introduced a friend to them and she is now hooked! My only criticism would be the pricing of extras and the fact that veggies are not included. You have to pay for them as a side. Everyone likes the crunchy celery and/​or carrots with their wings.
I just keep hoping they will open a location in the Loganville area.
Hint…hint… :)

First tried it with my boyfriend and its not worth it at all. The wings weren’t good at all. There was waaaaaay too much seasoning and also the wait. It was just us two and one other customer there that day and the wait for the food was just long for no reason plus like i said the wings weren’t great either. So what’s the point of coming here again

Nasty! Wasted $ 35 on 3 combos! I wish I could get a refund. I ordered 2 Parmesan garlic 10 piece traditional combos the wings were over cooked a lacked flavor they were bland with cheese sprinkled on them, and I ordered 1, 10 piece boneless combo Hawaiian wings that were soggy and really disgusting!!!’
Please don’t waste your money here, just go to Zaxbys it’s cheaper and always fresh…

Decided to try a new wing spot — I was sorely disappointed! I couldn’t tell the difference between theirs and that from the frozen case @ Sams Club. If you are looking for fresh this is not the place. They forgot to include my blue cheese dressing didn’t even care enough to call & let them know. Who’s idea was it to add sugar to French fries? Bad idea. I definitely will not be back

Very good customer service, very nice hearted people here. Love the wings. They make their wings the best way much better than other locations ., i’ll be coming back

Everytime i go the wait is too long. Ive been to other wingstop locations and have not had to wait as much as I’ve had to here. I also consistently find the mixing up my order or forgetting my ranch with the order.

Visited location on 1÷14÷15 ordered 10 piece with large fries. Asked for wings extra crispy. Waited 17 minutes as instructed, came back in to get order, no fries. Asked for fries was told cashier forgot to ring them. Basically as I was paying for the fries the owner’s son Corey was more than rude to me as he tried to show off for the other patrons. When your mom is the owner what happens when you are rude to customers? Probably nothing. Customers have a choice where to spend money and this ain’t it.
Oh and the wings were not extra crispy :(

Wings are decent but the cheese fries are better. The bad thing is it takes FOREVER for your food. We ordered online and it gave us a 15 min pickup time. When I got there, I had to wait an additional 20 min. This happened twice.

I would give no stars if I could. I order two meals and waited an hour than the food was barely room temperature. The wings were not very good at all the fries were soggy. The only thing I like was the yeast rolls. Don’t waste your money here two thumbs down.

I heard so much about this place I tried Wingstop for the first time yesterday, there a new one located at 2507 Pleasant Hill Road Suite#104 Duluth, Ga 30 096. Just like all the other post, the wings are ok, I have definitely had better. I had the 10 piece combo, that cost about 10 and change. The wings were flavorless and not crispy like Chinese wings and the fries were on the sweet side. The need to take the sugar from the fries and add it to the so call sweet tea which was not sweet at all. Also there are no napkins on table they only have a roll of paper towels at the counter.
Over all the place is very clean and the price is right for the type of wings they serve.
P. S.The customer service was nice and very accommodating but i can only give Wingstop 3 star.

The $ 5 lunch has me coming back often, only bad part is the wait at all wing stops is all ways long 15 – 25 mins but if you got the time it’s well worth it, I get the Cajun style and for me it’s the best wings I have had, I been to wings stop locations in Ca Az Tx Nv and this location seems to have just the right touch, I been to three dollar café Hooters and Buffalo wild wings and they can’t come close when I need my wing fix it has to be wingstop

15 min for wings… geesh! Hope they are good?!
After eating the wing: the drummetts are fried tooo hard, no edible meat and the flats are small, went again the next day and the same. The Hickory smoked bbq sauce is great but whats the point with not meat. finding another wing place that is cheaper also!!!

I’ve been going to this spot for awhile. Great wings and service. The owners are usually there (husband and wife). I’m glad that the Walmart Market moved in the vacated Publix as it has brought back more life to the area.

I was in a Wing sorta mood, and I stumbled across this place. Wing Stop, right next to a Walmart, has a lot going for it. Great customer service, nice atmosphere, a decent amount of seating… notice food isn’t coming up first?
I got their 10 piece combo, that checked in at right under $ 10. I have to say, I wasn’t impressed at all with their fries or blue cheese dressing (which seemed watered down, and the fries had this funky seasoning that made them taste slightly sweet), and the wings themselves? Some of them were good, some of them were bland, others were way too salty… Yep, all in the same 10 wing batch!
The seasons aren’t evenly distributed, at least not with Lemon Pepper seasoning, and at the bottom it’s salt heaven, if that’s what you like, but somewhere in the middle, the season goes away.
In their defense, the wings aren’t crazy greasy or unedible, and they aren’t dried up and «super crispy» either, so they do have a little meat on them. The wings are just average though, and there’s nothing wrong with that. I’ll keep on exploring Lawrenceville all the same though.

I tried WingStop for the first time yesterday. And much like the one previous post, the wings were ok and I have definitely had better. The customer service was nice and very accommodating. I tried 4 various flavors of wings and none of them were potent at best. I started to pull wing sauce out of my cabinet to pour on them so I could have some type of flavor. I don’t understand why it’s popping there either. The wings were very underwhelming.

I enjoyed the taste of the lemon pepper wings. However, these were not the Best wings I ever had. Would have saved money by making my own really and I would have been happier. People seem to love this place but I think it’s maybe because of the proximity to their home or maybe they don’t know another wing place near by.
