Zaxby’s

If their was no star I wouldn’t put one. This is the worst zaxby’s I’ve ever been too. I ordered a wings and things. The chicken was so small and looked dark And small portion of fries! Ugh. Wasted money on 2 plates. My mom told the lady who worked here but she did nothing! The zaxby’s by my house is wayyyy better compared to this their chicken is big and light. They give us a good amount of fries. PLEASE DONT COME HERE!!!

Zaxby’s has great food, and the food here was up the the usual standard. When I are bed I was about 5^th in line. There were 3 workers behind the counter all on their phones laughing and talking, not acknowledging the customers, when someone said something they said I’ll be with you in a minute. Food took forever to get, bathrooms extremely dirty. Why do you guys have a full time police officers stationed inside the building? I asked him why he was there and he said it was not his job to tell me why he was there. I will not go back to this location.

I went through the drive thru to order dinner for myself and my husband. It took 15 minutes to get to place my order, and once I got to the window I sat there for 10 minutes waiting on my food. I ordered a buffalo bleu zalad, but there was no bleu cheese and barely any buffalo sauce on the chopped chicken. It took them 4 minutes to get my order in the bag, but I had to wait an additional 6 minutes for a piece of extra toast that I did not order, which was on someone else’s plate and was slipped into a bag then placed in my bag. There was no seasoning on the fries at all. I would not have been so upset about the wait had the cashier at least explained what was taking so long. Seems whoever is in charge of training at this Zaxby’s should be retrained or fired. And these people want $ 15 an hour? Yea, no.

If you treasure your stomach and your butthole, don’t eat here.
After throwing up over it 2 years ago I thought this turn would go differently, I got two nibblers and my boyfriend got the Zaxby’s club. We are now continuing our tiny date on the toilet.
I don’t have this problem with other locations, something is definitely up with this one and I don’t have a sensitive stomach. Be careful!

Worst Zaxbys I have ever ate at. Chicken fingers taste like old grease plus you can see the kitchen from up front witch looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks.

I love zaxbys… but not this one. I went there once and the chicken fingers had a weird taste to them. My boyfriend said it tasted like plastic. Its hard to get into which is not there fault. And its the smallest one i have ever seen. But the chicken was so gross i will never go there again. I will drive out of thd way to other zaxbys. Just not this one.

Okay first off, the food at Zaxby’s is AMAZINGGG! I would love to eat here on a weekly basis. So you might be wondering, why did I give it three stars?
I have literally been here twenty times, and the staff that operates the drive-​thru needs to go back to training or start over. The line is incredibly slow and it’s inevitable that they’re going to screw up your order. My mom has asked for Diet Coke, but always ALWAYS gets regular Coke. Thank god that she’s not diabetic! This is after we say specifically «this needs to be on this meal and not the other». We’re not doing it to be a pain in the neck, but rather for some dietary reasons.
In conclusion, the food here is amazing. The staff needs to get its act together and up to speed.

Zaxby’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants to eat at, but this one is just ok. Never had a problem with my order, but this location isn’t the best.

This is the worst Zaxbys location I have ever been too! I have had Zaxbys in several states and multiple Georgia locations so I feel it fair to make that statement. I work less than a mile from this location, and I eat out at least twice a week. I had stopped coming here at all due to the lacking service, space and not up to par food, but today i just needed a salad quick so I went to drive through, ordered my salad got back to the office, and the salad was hot! not lukewarm but wilted lettuce due to the hot toast placed inside the box with my salad. disgusting! I no time to return it, and only 30 min for lunch what I did manage to choke down made me physically ill… this is the second time I have been ill from food from this location… dont waste your money on this crapppy food… even burger king is better management should be ashamed to serve and the staff is snappy and rude too boot

I have mixed feelings about Zaxby’s:
I wish the cashier wouldn’t cut me off while I was ordering. If she didn’t, she could hear what drink I’m ordering w/​o interrupting to ask.
Pricey, but fresh and delicious salads. Worth every penny.

Zaxby’s is best known for their chicken strips and sauce (zax sauce). I have been a Zaxby’s fan for some time. Zaxby is basically a fast food establishment although they may consider themselves a little more.
This location is the oldest looking Zaxby’s I have ever been in. The décor is dated and in much need of a remodel. Food was as good as any other Zaxby’s and the staff was friendly. I would not think twice about a repeat visit when in the mood for some chicken strips.
