Bellaire Apartment Community

We rented with this community in 2011. They have made efforts in upgrading, with new windows and doors. If there is something wrong the staff is quick to help and get it fixed. They upgraded the laundry room with new upright washers and dryers. The system for the laundry room was a little confusing at first but once you figured it out it was easy. They work with military and will let you out of your lease early.
Their prices are competitive, little over priced in my opinion. Parking was a headache, and there is no covered parking. There is a pool, but there is no shade around the pool. It will cool you off but there is no where to sit and watch kids in the shade.
The staff is helpful, and the apartments are okay.
