I don’t know what the deal its with management, but they need some new ones. There is a horrible smell the moment you walk in. Like trash mixed with barf. And the wings were dried and stale even with sauce. I couldn’t even eat three off the 12 because it was like a brick. This is the second time and the last time I’ll experience this b-​dubs

Always enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings. I’m in town from Dallas, Tx for a three month job and I’ll be back. Great atmosphere and friendly wait staff. Amber was our bartender tonight and was absolutely the best.

The food is great as always, but the service can be slow.
Also on Friday, they have karoake night which is unfortunate because it causes a disturbance while watching football and the same people with terrible voices go up to sing over and over again.
Avoid on Friday nights!

By far the worst service I have experienced in Lawton!!! My wife ordered a margarita and waited over 10 minutes for a mostly melted, overflowing glass that had NO tequila in it! She then had to explain it to the manager, who talked to the bartender who made and delivered a drink to another table, taking time to flirt, before making another drink. When we ordered food, my wife asked for the chips and salsa to come out first… We saw the waitress standing around chatting for another 10 minutes before bringing out the chips and salsa out. When we finally got our food, we had to ask for napkins, twice. Most of this would be forgivable if there were more than eight tables of people or less than nine floor staff. We will not be back.

When you come in you just catch this awful smell. Not sure what it was but it did smelled.
Waitress was nice and food was alright. Chicken wings were kind of cold not hot. Don’t think I’ll go back

Why does this place have such awful service? My first encounter was when I placed a large order to serve after a ceremony, I placed the order with ample time for them to prepare the food. When I came to pickup, I had to wait a half hour (which made me late for my own ceremony), and they had forgotten two dozen wings in my order. Because I was in such a rush to my ceremony I was now late for, I left without the additional wings.
Lately they haven’t forgotten anything in my order, but they are literally never ready with my food at the pickup time they gave me. The food is hit or miss, they’re pretty inconsistent with the sauce amount and/​or the temperature.

If there was a negative star i would rate it in the negative. This review is more than just a one time experience. Over the length of one month I would visit bww on the weekends for the games and sometimes during the week. On multiple times i would have to wait at least 20 min b4 anyone even asked what i want to drink. This wasnt bc they were busy either. When we got the food it would be cold and to get a refill took just as long. I have been to many bww all over the country and this is by far the worst one ive ever been to. The bartender had an additude and was complaining about her job all the time. They should just fire everyone from the door greeter on up and try again.

After being a loyal customer for 2 years for the 3^rd time in a week my food was bad. the bar is good but after today im done with them…45 min for chip and dip at the bar no way… and after talking to the manager things prob wont get better…

Sat in the bar where there were hardly any people. I would have sat in the dining room but apparently there was a wait of some sort but they couldn’t fathom how long. So the bar it was for my date and I. 7 minutes later we were finally greeted… my ire already awakened as I penned this review… it could only go down hill as the waiter who greeted us with an «I will be right with you» sped off for another 2 minutes. Could he recover from the disastrous start? He could not…

The young lady who served me at the bar was helpful. The beer I had was tasty. The wings I had were ok. I had some fries that were good until I found a hair in them. The young lady that served me went to let the manager know and they wanted to bring me a new set of fries. I turned them down. The manager came out to apologize she paid for the food as well as beer I was drinking. That whole hair thing ruined my appetite. Look at your food while you are eating!!!

The food was garbage. They brought someone else’s food that had been under the heat lamp. They ran out of glass wear and we’re forcing people to chug their beers so they could have a faster turn over rate. They had people sitting on the floor and we’re not obeying fire code or simple restaurant etiquette. The bathrooms were disgusting and they allowed people to fight in the parking lot. Real classy place.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I don’t get what it is about BWW that screams terrible service. I thought going to a different location — especially in a different state — that this BWW would be different. I thought wrong. Can’t stress enough how disappointed I am with BWW and their service. Came in with my family & there were at least 7 – 8 workers standing out in front. Not ONE bat an eye nor greeted us. Some acknowledgement would have been nice. I asked if anyone is available to seat us and I’m pretty sure they all heard me but NOPE. Not one looked our way. As we were about to leave after waiting for 10 minutes, someone came from take out to seat us. LIKE SERIOUSLY?! Since we were already there and hungry, we decided to just stay. We were seated smack dab in the middle after we had asked politely if we could sit in a booth and the worker said sorry, those are reserved. Um. OK. Waited another 10 minutes before a server came. And what do you know… One of those workers who were standing up front was our server. GREAT. Anyways, ordered water for our table. We were ready to order but she had walked away before I was able to order. Literally walked away from our table the second I blinked. Took another 10 minutes to get our water. When we finally got our water, she asked if we were ready to order. YEP. We were ready to order the moment we sat down. Had she not have walked away, we could had our food already. Anyways, not surprised. Every visit to a BWW is the same that’s why I always just phone in and place an order for take out. Anyways — got our food. It was cold. Asked if we can just get a box and she said, for what? She had just delivered our food. Told her food was cold, not wanting to ask for hot food, and would just like to get a box to pack our food. She rolled her eyes and walked away… Seriously??? Sorry. Worst service ever. No tip. And grabbed a box from take out since we never saw our server again. 1 star for this BWW service since I am unable to give 0 stars.

I love BDubs but this one is a headache. I gave it 2 stars because my food was good. My wife’s order was messed up and it wasn’t busy. They had karaōke and it was blasting through the speakers right by the table. Drunken kids screamed their terrible songs and we ate quickly to leave in a hurry. I didn’t have a problem with the waitress’ attitude, however she didn’t know the menu. I suggest you get your good to go and wait outside.

Bar tender was rude. She literally was completely unhelpful from the start food was good but if you are trying to have a good time the staff will ruin it for you

Bad service. Tables are dirty food is cold. I’m not one to complain and I love bww but come on management. Manage your employs to clean up and take care of your customers.

They have a pretty good selection of beer, food is also decent. Service is slow and it’s usually loud.

Wow, where to begin. If you watch any of the restaurant rescue shows this would be a great opportunity for improvement… Ok first of all, managers should not eat in the dining room, what happened is that he had 5 servers standing around him while we waited for service for 20 min. Next rule employees should not be eating in the dining area. Another one is that if employees want to drink they need to go somewhere else, having employees walking around with beers in there hands just is not right. I am giving them 2 stars because at least the waiter was trying to help and with 6 tables in the bar area the bartender was having a hard time keeping up so he got our beers for us.

Husband and I have always enjoyed BWW. However this location is horrible. Customer service is in need of help. Our main meal comes out before the appetizers. The list goes on and on.
For Superbowl, we called in an order at 1-​ish for 4:30, we arrived at 4:15, payed and waited for an hour. We were brushed off by several managers and never given any reason why our food wasn’t ready. After an hour of waiting, we asked for a refund and that was an act of congress.
All said we won’t be back and don’t recommend BWW to anyone.

If you haven’t been to a BDubbs yet, you need to try it at least once. It gets rowdy when big games are on (especially around here) but they have plenty of different wings to try. Mango Habanero is amazing if you like spicy and tangy. The waitresses are great and I’ve always had the best service.

Been to this B Dubs twice now; service is consistently great; quality of food differed each time;
Prime rush hour vs 1 & ½ hours before close, but quality of product shouldn’t change just because of time of day
On a personal note and from a level of morality, servers there make $ 2.15 an hour plus tips.
Almost 20 years ago, In 1996, I made $ 3.19 an hour plus tips in IL (one of the lowest min wage states for years) the lowest they can pay servers is $ 2.13; so the PEOPLE are worth 2¢ more?
