Discount Tire Store – Lawton, OK

I went here to get some trailer tires. I ordered them on Monday and was told they would be here in 3 to 4 business days. I called Friday and they said they would call me back after 10a.m. No call back. I call again at 2p.m. they called the distributor while I was on hold. No tracking info. They said they would call the shipping carrier and call me back. No call back. Monday comes around and I get a call from them very apologetic. They ordered a different set of tires which would be here Tuesday. Offered me some compensation which I declined because I just wanted my tires. I didn’t want anything for free. They called me Tuesday letting me know they got the tires in and can be put on anytime. I dropped them off during lunch and went back 3 hours later and they were ready. Employees were very nice and helpful when I dropped the tires off and picking them up. This may sound like a bad review but I gave it four stars because they acknowledged there was a problem and did everything they could to make it right. Bottom line is I will use them again because they didn’t let the problem go unnoticed and tried everything to resolve the issue. Hopefully next time I can update this review with 5 stars.

I’ve been going to a Discount Tire in washington for a while now, and was bummed there wasn’t one in Oklahoma when I moved. Not anymore! Thankfully there’s now this one, and their service is spot on with the other locations I’ve been to! Went in for a free air check, and the employees were super nice with no pressure at all. Did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and took care of my air check quickly and professionally. Will be back for tires when I need them.

I’ve been using Discount Tire for years in Texas and Colorado. This is an excellent company that will take of you.
Specific to this location in Lawton, I only had my tired rotated today. With that said, I was able to get in and out within about 30 minutes. I didn’t have an appointment and they fit me in just fine.
On the both the telephone and in person, the associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. My tires should be good for a while longer, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use this new Lawton location for any of my tire needs.
