She will falsify repair receipts and duck your calls when you call her on it, saying«She doesn’t discuss such matters over the phone.» This is how she rips military families off once they are thousands of miles away. Jeanne Rock has been ripping me off for years 2001 to 2011. I’m a former soldier with 9 years active duty service. She has managed my property for over 10 years. I kind of knew that she was over charging me for almost everything and not really keeping the house up on maintenance. I kind of put up with it because I was deployed to Korea, Kosovo, Afghanistan, and Iraq and didn’t have time to look for a new property manager. My next door neighbors complain about her and the yard has not been kept up and the house is a wreck. I recently spent $ 4000 to fix the house due to her neglect and not doing walk throughs, April 2011. She also rips of the tennants when they leave the house for their security deposits. She makes up a bunch of fake charges to take their deposits. The really bad thing and the thing that pisses me off the most is that she is doing this to SOLDIERS.
