Pizza Hut

Picked up a $ 10 Meal box and brownies for dinner. This was one of the best pizza meals we’ve had! Way to go Pizza Hut employees!

My family went to eat there on 22 June at about 7:30. There was one other table seated. We were sat near one of the TVs and I requested the channel changed to cartoons for my daughter. The waitress came and took our drinks. After about 10 minutes I went and asked about the TV again. A lady up front said OK. Still waited another 5 – 10 minutes for our drinks. We gave our food order. 15 minutes later the waitress came back and said she lost our order. Cheese sticks came first and my sister in law asked for a refill. Pizza finally came 20 minutes later. More cheese sticks came and we said we already received them. This was the last time we were ever waited on. By now we are the ONLY customers. In fact there was a couple times we looked around and didn’t see any employees. No refills, no can I get you anything, no how’s the food. We got the drinks for free. Not the best service.

Horrible service… They lost our order twice and in the third call they hung up… Worst Pizza Hut in Lawton … If there was a zero star review they would get it

These folks are fast. I also like the fact that they tell you when your order will arrive and it shows up when they say. Customer service can be spotty depending on whom takes your order.

Don’t let the pretty building fool you!!! Never again will I come here! My pizza was extra extra greasy –_​– like almost made me gag. I ordered hand toss it was almost like Thin n Crispy? Soooo Someone does not know what they are doing there! The cheese even was different to me like it was cheap or something, maybe that’s why there was a lot of extra grease that I never encountered before!

This location has horrible service. Want to watch a game in the bar? Better hope they happen to have someone over 21 working that night to serve beer; otherwise, you can’t get any. You’ll wait 25 minutes to get your food if you dine in, and even picking up can take forever. It’s a shame because the location is great on the East side and the building is very nice and clean.

Food and service are good, a bit pricy
