I saw Nina for a muscle in my neck that’s being a pain. She was happy, awesome, and extremely knowledgeable. The atmosphere was very relaxing and peaceful. It was a great experience and a great price, I was very impressed.

I find it funny that there is relaxing music playing in the reception area, a peaceful fish tank scene on the tv and signs posted please be quiet, and silent your phones. But the girls up front and in back are super loud… I hope my daughter got to relax while getting a massage and didn’t hear all the laughing and rudeness. Not very spa like.

I’ve had about 4 or 5 back massages here and there’s a reason why I keep going back! Leanna (sp?) is a reflexologist and has done WONDERS for the muscle tension in my shoulders and back. I have scoliosis, so it’s extremely helpful to have a therapist who has an in-depth understanding of physiology and anatomy.
I definitely recommend this salon to everyone. I enjoy the repeat customer discount they offer too!

The massage was ok but the facial wasn’t that great. I feel like someone put a layer of soap, face scrub, and bacon grease on my face and sent me on my way. After a facial my face should feel like I want to touch it not go home and clean it.

I love this place! I have had a lot of headaches and have gone to different doctors for several years, with no help. Since I started going to Self Therapy LLC my headaches are almost non existing, but for those days were my headaches sneak up on me, Self Therapy LLC always squeezes me in last minute! I love how professional they are and how they always make me feel right at home. I love how they remember me and things that I tell them, it shows me how much they care! I have recommend this place to all my friends, family and co-worker.
