Probably the worst Sprint store I’ve ever dealt with! It took them over 3 weeks and 3 different attempts to order a replacement phone for my wife! Some how they kept getting the order wrong, if they even ordered it at all. They kept giving my wife the run around on the phone as to why her phone was taking so long or why the orders were wrong. After 3 weeks it finally came, we waited in the store for over an hour for an associate to free up to help us. Once they finally sent one over he was not apparently authorized to help us with her replacement phone. My advice GOTO A DIFFERENTSPRINTSTORETORESOLVEYOURISSUES, THISSTOREOBVIOUSLYHASNOIDEAWHATISGOINGON!

Went in seeking a diagnosis with a phone which had an 8 gb microdisc that was not recognized by the(nearly new) cellphone. Assist was quick & friendly, but not very capable or experienced– that was last year. Later found out the disc had crashed & burned, & I replaced it with a larger one. This week, returned to the same location with a new phone & different type problem that none of the experienced others I contacted could solve, and the knowledgeable employee at THIS store– a polite and helpful young lady– realized it was a Google Voice Issue & volunteered to try to remedy the situation. It took about half an hour, but she did it & I was thrilled! Best part: no charge!!! Go SPRINT!!!
