Wow is the rudest place I have ever been. The moment I walked in it was like I was a. Other to the older lady here. I am passing through anyway but I can say if I ever stop in La Roy again I will avoid Subway like the plague. Get over yourselves please

Zero stars if I could, we pulled into the drive through and were quoted a 15 minute wait, not to receive our food, but to even be waited on. This wasn’t a courteous and apologetic«sorry about the long wait», either. This was a smug, «you’re wasting your time if you stay» greeting. If you’re going to offer a drive through, it’s wise to staff for it and staff with folks that have enough intestinal fortitude to work hard when the opportunity presents itself and realize that customers aren’t an inconvenience, but the very reason your job exists.

Subway in Le Roy has always been a delight for me to go and ingest what some call«nutrients.» From the always bright and smiling management, never happier to see customers, to the always hard-working and professional Sandwich Artists, who take the time and care to fulfill your order to the fullest and are NEVER going to tell you that they are closed at 9 even though the lights are on and people are in the lobby and that the sign clearly states that they are open until 9:30, but I digress. I have fond memories of going and ordering QUALITY, FRESH sub sandwiches made by young men with flowing lochs not wearing hats and touching their hair and then my food, or young ladies with the mouths of an old seadog and less teeth than my 7 year old; This establishment is the epitome of Eating Fresh in my book. The only reason they are getting 4 stars is because they still serve oatmeal raisin cookies; seriously, shits nasty

I honestly cannot believe this store is still open. The staff are amazingly rude every time I’ve been here. The sandwiches are always sloppy and the last time I was there at 9 am on a Sunday the coffee pot wasn’t put together and I had to get my own coffee cup out from under the soda fountain machine. Oh yeah, and when I asked for cream for the coffee the smug teenage girl behind the counter almost burned my eyes out with her death stare. Really, Subway???
