I called to schedule my quarterly service and was informed I would have to pay $ 85 because I went over my quarter. I told the girl I was a customer for over ten years and did not expect to pay for an initial treatment amount(I normally pay $ 60 each quarter). I also told her I had my house treated for termites by this company. She transferred me to Amy who identified herself as the office manager. I explained to her my problem and asked her to look up how long I have been a customer and please call me back. Amy who turns out to be the new owner of the company told me she wasn’t looking anything up, didn’t care how long I had been a customer and didn’t care if I continued to be a customer. Needless to say, we definitely got into a shouting match which ended with Amy slamming down the phone. I was shocked beyond belief. I later found out Frank, the father, that owned the company retired and handed the business down to his son Bill. I don’t know how Amy(Frank’s daughter) ended up with the company but will not have it long with her lack of customer service. I have since taken my business elsewhere to Simon’s Pest Control and have been happy with their pleasant service. Glenda Cox
