This apartment complex is located in a very nice area of League City and is rather quiet. We had only one real problem while living here but it was bad enough to cause us to move out.
We had to fight and complain on a daily basis to get them to keep our air conditioning going. During the summer it was unbearable and the inept office and maintenance staff took it with a casual toss of the hair that we were suffering. Towards the end even the maintenance staff felt sorry for us. Veronica took the constant requests very personally. We would not recommend this apartment to someone wanting to save money as the air conditioning not working destroyed any savings with an outrageous electric bill, north of $ 250 during the summer.
On a separate note, we noticed an increase in undesirable looking individuals and families moving into the complex recently, a quick check of police reports may be in order prior to moving in.
Renter beware!!!

Horrible idea to live here, is being a nightmare living constantly without air conditioning. Very poor maintenance service. I can’t wait until my lease expires.
