He’s decent but declining; old and focused on retirement. His office staff is a pathetic excuse for a back office. His crew is young, unprofessional and in a few instances, incompetent. Reception is rude and scheduling /payment collection is horrible. It’s really not right when you feel like those that are supposed to be focused on customer service feel like they are doing you a favor taking your info, taking your money, etc. There are many other better options out there that don’t make you cringe to think about interacting with them. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. It is really THAT bad.
