Sonic

I really enjoy Sonic’s food, and it’s right by my job so I frequent here a lot during their happy hour and end up grabbing food most times. They get stuff wrong quite a bit but today I just had enough. I waited 25 minutes for a drink and 5 pc meal. Long time for fast food then when the hop brings my food I SPECIFICALLY ask, is there salt pepper ketchup and napkins in the bag. Of course sir. Rush back to work and unload the contents of my special brown bag that I love so much and guess what. No ketchup, no salt, no pepper, and one napkin. Like wtf are you so busy doing you can’t get the condiments right, especially when asked? I’m sick of this place, the service is just horrendous and even after leaving a tip I get a dumbass who lies to me saying what I asked for is in the bag. I’ll take my business the sonic over by University Green. This one needs a renovation in employees.

Just waited 35 mins for 2 slushes… got the candy add in because that sounded good… it’s all slimy. Every time we come here it’s a disappointment. It is literally in front of my subdivision but I will never eat here again… also, not given a receipt.

I’ve visited this Sonic many times. The food is always hot and fresh. The service is usually pretty good, and the wait isn’t long. The manager Paul is always willing to help. Both of my kids have worked here at some point and both learned a lot. A nice neighborhood establishment. I will continue to stop by for their delicious sweet tea.

Every time I come here I order mozzarella sticks. NOT ONCE has it come with marinara! Even after asking for it. Wtf sonic.

DO NOT EAT HERE! First of all I always have terrible service. I went through the drive-​thru one day and my card wouldn’t swipe cause it was broken a little and I asked if they could take it manually (because they have done it before) and I heard the manager tell the guy helping me just to tell me the credit cards machine was broke so they couldn’t help me. All i got was a drink and they didn’t even give it to me. Then today I went and got a strawberry limeade, I took the lid off and found a white worm or maggot (not sure) in my cup! I squeezed it thinking maybe it was piece of a strawberry but it was definitely not. I will never return to this sonic ever again.

So… I’ve definately been sitting here for 20 minutes, just waiting for someone on the other box to ask me my order… Hasn’t happened. yet the car that just pulled in to the right of me, got helped almost immediately. beyond pissed, and to top it all off the lady on the other end… Not all that friendly. now let’s see how long it takes for me to actually get my food. hopefully I’m not late to work now, I thought speed and efficiency was the definition of «fast food». But clearly I was mistaken. Ty.

Always a long wait. Twice I have gotten milk instead of milkshakes. Not going back anytime soon.

I have been to this location at least a half dozen times and have yet to come when something was not screwed up. It’s either the poor cooking, poor preparation, horrible management (manager once told the cook to go ahead and make a hot dog that looked like a shriveled piece of beef jerky… like I wouldn’t notice when I got home or wouldn’t drive back), or credit card machines that never work. Worst in the area! Avoid!

Of the 2 Sonics close to me this is the best one. They do a good job with the food and the service. My order is usually correct but mostly I go here for Ice Tea at happy hour. Word of warning though. This is right next to the High school so around 2:30 to 3:00 it is super busy with kids in cars and on foot. They have a nice courtyard area with tables to sit at as well.
