My husband and I were looking for apartments because we are moving to Texas soon. The people here have NO interest in leasing to anyone who isn’t up to «their standards». They were SO RUDE. First off walking in, no one even acknowledged us. It took 10 minutes for someone to say «hello i will be with you in a moment». NOTHING! Then we were called into this women’s office. (don’t remember her name.) We told her what we wanted and our price range. She replied «Oh well you can’t be cheap while looking at our apartment. You should spend more.» My husband was in shock and I was so pissed. I looked at her and said «you really need to find a different approach in trying to rent out an apartment.» Then my husband and I just walked out. Our budget was $ 200 shy of what their renting price was.

They WILL nickel and dime you! Watch out. I’ve been charged twice for late charges they mistakingly placed, they later took off. Now the luxury trash pick up we PAY extra a mth for… you will be fined $ 25 PER BAG IF outside your door. Only allowed from 5 – 7?! Awful for BUSY ppl who work crazy hours especially for doctors such as myself. I can’t wait to move out. Negative stars!!!
