I’m not to sure where to even begin. First off some of the worst customer service you could imagine. They are slow, incompetent, and unfit for their positions. I’m not sure what sprint takes into consideration when they hire these people but it seems as if you can read and write on a 2nd grade level you’re hired instantly. I originally attempted to exchange my current galaxy s6 edge plus for an iPhone 6s during my 14 day«grace period» or whatever they call it. During these 14 days if you do not like your current phone you may exchange it for any phone for just a small restocking fee. I ask one of the customer service representatives they have in store and he said that he would have to have manager approval to do so. I gladly gave him my number and email so that he could definitely reach me. Well 5 days go by and I’m nearing the end of my «14 day grace period» and i haven’t received any calls or emails or anything regarding my recent inquiry. So i called, and called, and called, finally after around 3 weeks of constantly being ignored and transferred and being told«he’s not in nor is the manager» i FINALLY got ahold of him. Just for him and the manager to tell me «oops, sorry, we can no longer exchange it.» Seriously? You can’t exchange it because YOU couldn’t take time out of your work schedule to actually contact me? Now I’m stuck with a phone i dislike, and shitty managers and store representatives. DONOTGOTOTHISSTORE, you have better luck getting service with ATT at a Verizon.(Get it?). That store should be completely revamped with new employees who actually give a shit about people much less their customers.

Don’t waste your time. They don’t care or even know what service is. They literally just say«next» and work through the crowd waiting. No one doing sign in, no one to tell you how long a wait, nothing… just silence until you figure out your next. The local pizza joint at least tells me my wait, thanks for coming etc. Not here… it’s what I would think being processed for jail would be like. Come in, sit down, wait to be called. I’ll either find a better store or switch services.

I will give 3 stars because they have a lot of phone and accessory choices in stock. But the customer service is two stars for sure. It’s not that the salesman wasn’t friendly. It’s the manner in which I feel I was purposefully given changing and confusing information that left me unsure about what happened after I got back home. I was getting ready to lease my first iPhone ever. After trading in my LGG3 we were ready to finish up on the iPhone forever package, when the assistant manager stepped in and said what we were doing wasn’t correct. After a big switcheroo I was no longer getting that plan. I asked if I wanted to up grade to the next iPhone, what would happen… SHOULD not be a problem. That’s a scary word. After a few days of contemplating I decided I wanted the package I first asked for… But now it can only be done by canceling the current one and returning my new phone. However my trade in is long gone. I get nothing in return. I’m stuck even though I’m within my return period. All games and slight of hand. ThIs store is more like a bad magic act.

Ive been here to many times and I know more than the tech person in here I work IT field Im no expert on phones but some things are simple research and common sense and just lazy especially«carlos» I believe is the name tech guy not really tech sent me to another location I was telling him more than he admitted even he know even special codes. Didnt even try to look up or check the issue Ive been there MORETHANONCE and every time he «helped» as in sat down to tell me what he didnt know or didnt or couldnt do and didnt even try to act like as if he really did not want to work. I was NOT happy been a long time loyal customer and stuff like that makes me wonder and makes me wonder why he still works there! Just pitiful and embarrasing and really upset me as a loyal customer.

Horrible service, horrible workers with awful attitudes, long wait. I will NEVER go back here again. I felt victimized by the store manager and his smart ass replies to my questions. F this store.

I had written a review that said this place«Was not so bad» and I think that may still be valid, but I have a new experience. I have now been to this location a number of times, the first time I was helped by a very nice individual who even bothered to call me for a follow-up. It was a nice experience. In the second and third time I visited this store, I was helped by people who were not in a mood to be helpful. In the defense of the second guy I was helped by, he had just been chewed out by a rather rude individual in front of me. I tried to be super nice to compensate, but it seemed to make no difference. Either way, I think ALL Sprint stores are a little dreadful, but I am sad to say this is not an exception.

Seriously? Sprint stores in general shorten my life span every single time I step into one. I hate going in. I try my hardest to do everything online. Ended up at this store trying to avoid the über busy one down the way. 45 minutes waiting on 3 employees moving at the speed of molasses. I was acknowledged twice that I was indeed ‘next’ in the manner of «What are you here for?» The customer in front of me was getting the grand treatment. He bought the Epic with 2 cases, screen protector, car charger, the works. [Kind of felt bad, he must not know you can get accessories for cheap online any day.] The rep treated this grown man like a complete baby. Down to putting on the screen protector on it for him. I’m sorry, if there is a line of waiting customers, you can definitely skip the frilly stuff. I’m sure the man is smart enough to figure that out himself. I walked out. I’m never coming to this location again. [Can I give negative stars? I think I just did.]
