Went in to get something notarized. And the manager came out to do it. Didn’t say Hi, just … «I need an Id» then as she’s signing she’s on the phone with what sounded like a family member talking about calling the emergency room, etc. she was talking so loud and the entire time, to people on the phone!!! I felt like I was bothering her, I could tell by her body language. Anyway when I was done paying I said thank you, and good bye… Nothing from her!!! She just turned around and started doing something else. Also, what’s funny is because she’s a notary I got the sense she felt like customer service didn’t exist. Like I REALLY needed her… honestly I’ll probably never go back there. There’s so many other Mail Stores around that would treat me much better.
