In & out in 30 minutes and great care– I have been here before and am always happy with my experience.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The office was clean and there was not an extensive wait. The doctor was extremely thorough and was not dependent on a computer program to diagnose (which I have often found at other Urgent Care clinics). Additionally, the took every precaution to make sure they made the right diagnosis and even put me on «shot watch» after I was given a shot to ensure that I did not have an adverse reaction. The only thing I disliked was the setup — I was placed in a bay similar to a hospital and I could hear the appointment going on across the hall (and I’m sure they could hear mine). Overall, a great experience!

Well here I am again to say I was one of those after hours people desperate for some relief after suffering through the work day and unable to see my PCP. Ive seen them here a few times and everyone is mind-​blowingly wonderful. I just can’t get over how great they are here. Roberta at the front desk was just the sweetest thing ever and I didn’t even get a chance to sit down before she got me back seen. Thanks again guys for being my go-​to place when I need it!

This is my second time to this urgent care. Very quick at check-​in. Friendly physicians. I drove out of my way to come to this one bc of the good experiences I’ve had.

Worst medical experience I have ever had. I just started a new job so I was between insurance companies. I woke up with severe chest pain and went directly to this urgent care. Everything up front was fine. Short wait and a very friendly staff. Other than their X-​ray machine not working and sitting in a dark room for an hour with cold air blowing up my backside the initial check up went fine. I wasn’t given a diagnosis and was prescribed a medication to pick up. In the mean time I was advised that I needed a blood test. I was given a receipt to pay $ 169 as I received «tier 2 treatment». I was also advised that the blood lab would send me a bill for $ 60-​$ 120. So far not a problem.
One week later still no diagnosis and no blood test results. I call in and they either can’t find them or haven’t received them. Still unbothered I let them know I’m ok with them calling me back.
Two more days go by still no call. I call in again and am told they have the results but that the person on the phone is unqualified to read them but thinks I have a virus. Ok good to know…
One week later I receive two bills in the mail one from the urgent clinic for $ 249 «tier three «and a bill from the lab for $ 656.59. Still no lab results.

Quick and very friendly! Accepted our insurance with no issues. Nice that they have all of the facilities that one would need for near emergency situations.

Quick and helpful. I had a face aching sinus infection that wasn’t improving so I finally had to give in and go to a clinic. Once I got there I did the normal new patient paperwork. A couple minutes later I was in the back talking with the nurse, then doctor. I was given some prescriptions to clear up the infection, a doctors note and was done. Not sure but I think the nurse called me a couple days later to check up on me. I would go back again.
