Excellent wings, always quick and delicious

I have been eating at this restaurant for years. Lately, the service has gone down to little more than nothing. A couple months ago I ordered online, arrived at the restaurant and paid for my food. 40 mins later and they forgot to put my order in. Tonight, I arrived only to be overwhelmed by the cleaning solution that appeared to be all over the kitchen floor — where the food is prepared. I walked out and have no intentions of going back to this particular franchise. I would drive 20 minutes to a different location which is a big statement.

I’ve dined here at least 8 times. The service has continually declined. Kids are working at the counter taking orders without any customer service training, or responsible adult supervision. The employees are competent, they ask all the question to do their job, but not courtesy at all («sign at the bottom»; not «please», no smile, no eye contact), just getting through the task as quick as possible. It’s very sad really, they probably feel like they’re doing a good job.

I haven’t actually sat down and ate here in about 5 years, I always order ahead and pick it up. Every time I’ve ordered ahead, my food was ready and hot when I got there.
Last time I went, the girl behind the counter was very rude (don’t remember her name) and it didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. She kept walking to the counter and walking back to the kitchen like she was lost. They lose a star for that.
Maybe not the best wings I’ve ever had in my life but when I’m craving wings, this is the first place that comes to mind. All the flavors I’ve tried were good although I would prefer if the garlic parmesan had some sauce instead of just seasoning.
I like the fries but I wish they weren’t so sweet tasting.
I feel like the buying wings by the piece is a rip off unless you just really only want 3 wings. The combo is the way to go in my opinion. $ 10 for 2 flavors of wings, fries and a drink. Or if you have more than 2 people the family packs are a good deal.

Service was unfriendly taking my order. I felt rushed and they weren’t even busy. It’s painfully cold dining in. Don’t make the same mistake I did and not bring a jacket. Food is good though.

Terrible! Cheese fries were ridiculous and wings gross! Won’t even give them a second chance! Yuck!

The only place I know that will not accept a coupon from a phone. According to them, the coupon HAS to be printed out.

One of the best wing stops I’ve been to yet! Our fries were seasoned and cooked perfectly. I noticed all the workers were women, and I could tell after eating my meal. Great job ladies! We will be back:)

Not the 1^st time. Rude staff Alex & Christina needs some customer service training skills. Always rude & unfriendly. Order online to save your self a headache or go to the Kemah location for better service & quality of food.

Service here is horrible. If you don’t have time to wait, always order ahead. It’s always freezing in here for some reason. They refuse to change the temperature, this happens every time we go! The food is good though, so if you take a jacket and ignore the staff you might like it here!

I love there lemon&pepper wings… They have the best wings and I also like their fries:))

I agree with the masses, 3 stars this time. Trying to save time by ordering online. My wife’s strips ready as we walked in, awesome! My 10 bone-​in wings additional 18 minutes waiting. Store was NOT busy on an early Tuesday evening.

How can a combo end up being more than the individual parts? When I asked I was told «That’s the way the boss programmed it» — unbelievable.

I thought watching football while eating wings was a given. Today I asked the counter a total of three times to change the channel. The first time, the young lady at the front counter looked confused and simply said ok. A few minutes passed and she still hasn’t changed the channel so I asked again. She responded «Oh I don’t know the channel» and set the remote down. Did not bother asking anyone else in the restaurant. So I googled myself which channel. And after telling her to switch it to NBC she still said. «Oh I don’t know what channel that is and set the remote down». This restaurant can easily improve by teaching the staff how to use a TV remote.
Also no free wifi to even live stream the game. #fail
Also the wings were terrible. No flavor or spice.
The blue cheese and ranch had no flavor either.
Don’t waste your calories or time at this place.

am giving wingstop 5 stars as have ordered there 3 times in last few weeks and each time was awesome
the only food more critiqued on what makes the «best“next BBQ is chicken wings and individual preferences vary and people are very picky towards both
that being said, in my experience, only 1 out of 20 wing places gets it right, in last year have had wings from all major competitors to Wing Stop and a few pizza/​pub places offering wings and none were as good as Wing Stop (even the buzz worthy new entry from austin that rhymes with cluckers)
for the price, Wing Stops wings are good portioned, decent sized wings, cooked right and to order and well seasoned, ranch and veggie sides are extra and good portioned too
garlic parm and lemon pepper are dry which my wife likes
original buffalo and mango habanero are awesome and not over the top hot
i will say being a chili head i thought i would like the atomic flavor, but think the heat additive is Dave’s Insanity Sauce, which has never been a good flavor to me, i like hot but not when compromises flavor
staff are friendly and service has been consistently good

This place has about eight types of wings, with a featured wing style each month or two. The service is interesting, as your order will show up at a counter for you to pick up, but you need not clean your table. The napkins are pretty much a roll of brown paper towels on a stick. I tend to favor the Hawaiian wings as they are not common in other wing establishments. The décor in all Wingstop locations is aircraft themed with greens and browns. The french fries are unusual, as they are squarish, American style, and have considerable amounts of salt and sugar piled on them. This place does beat Brewingz in wing quality and on a good day will match BW3. It does not have the menu variety or wait staff of those places.

Working around the area and craving for wings and beer this is the place open late of course !

The wings we got from this particular WingStop weren’t great! The people inside were quite friendly, but the food seemed to be below the standard that I normally get at a WingStop. Will hesitate before I order here again!

Friendly service from the man and woman working. Wifi! The wings are always hot and fresh! I like mine plain, he likes his flavored! The best of both worlds. Clean place, great atmosphere
