Airbrush Tans of Austin

LeAnn was awesome! She is super sweet and did an amazing job on my tan. I was going out of town for a wedding and she was able to fit me in last minute. I was so thankful got that. I will definitely go to her again for an airbrush tan and I highly recommend her!

I’ve been airbrushed by LeAnne every time I come in town for events. Was recommended by a friend & now we both go to her. I find reviews interesting because some people are just so naïve to how things work, and key advice is you should never do something you’ve never done before your wedding day. Duh! But I’ve had all great experiences and love how comfortable LeAnne makes me feel because it’s not easy standing in the buff getting sprayed. I exfoliate, NO lotion & go straight to see her, I don’t shower for over 12 hours & I take cooler quick showers following, pay dry, slather the lotion and the tan lasts a good 12 days sometimes. I’m especially anal about my exfoliating process but you still have to know your skin & try it a few times before your big day! Besides all that she’s the best I’ve found if you do your part too!

So update after I posted this review I received a nasty text message on my wedding day from Leanne because of my Unilocal review not to mention what she posted to my Unilocal review in response was completely a lie. Then a couple days later I received a text message from a fake lawyer that doesn’t exist that if I didn’t take down my review that I was going to be sued lol… She did in fact tell me to hurry up we needed to start because I was 5 min late it was 12:05 and her next spot was at 12:30. I did EXACTLY what she told me to do to the T! I exfoliated with an apricot scrub with a glove per her advice. Yes it was raining that day but that had absolutely NOTHING to do with the uneven color on my legs lower back face and calves as I did have pants on. And I wasn’t out in the rain I went straight home from her «business“And my face covered with a hooded shirt as well. And btw she told me she was so busy because it was wedding season that’s why she didn’t get back to me never said anything because she had a baby that’s a total cop out! I’m sorry some people just refuse to believe that there work is not perfect and as I was walking out I tried telling her I had splotches on my chest and she told me to blot it with a napkin its the bronzer it would go away and told my my mother and I she needed to hurry up because her next appt was already there! Her business is falsely advertised as she claims to evaluate skin tone first um no it’s all the same color it turns orange and your rushed in an rushed out and on to the next customer!!! I am appalled at the way the business is ran and the complete lies that were posted in response to my review including the nasty text that was sent to me from her and fake lawyers threatening me!! For whoever decides to still go there I feel sorry for you! Find somewhere better there a lot of places out there!!!

Leann did a spray tan for me for my wedding. I was a little nervous since I hadn’t done it before and it could have been a disaster for my big day, but she was amazing and the tan looked great! She was very professional, I felt super comfortable, and my tan looked amazing. I would go to her again in a heartbeat!

Oh my goodness I’m so glad I found Leann! What an absolute sweetheart first of all, and her tans are incredible!!! She’s very thorough and makes sure you have a great experience and it’s not uncomfortable at all. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome spray tan. :) thanks Leann!!!

Airbrush tanning has been an answer to my prayers. I am very fair skinned and cannot tan in the sun. All I do is freckle and would probably end up with cancer if that is what I relied on. So, I used to have to do mystic tanning or use sunless self-​tanners, which can be a nightmare unless you are perfect at it. But I decided to try airbrush tanning and LeAnn has been tanning me now for over a year. Now I wouldn’t even think of doing anything else; it is wonderful! LeAnn is extremely professional. She is great at making you feel comfortable, mixing the perfect color for you, and making sure that you get the tan you want. She makes the whole process a breeze and the best part about it is you go home feeling beautiful! This is the place to go if you are looking for a one-​of-​a-​kind airbrush tanning experience… you are most certainly missing out if you don’t try it!

I had an amazing experience with Leann today at Airbrush Tans of Austin. When I called to make an appointment, I left a message and was immediately called back. She emailed some pre tanning instructions that were both thorough and concise. I arrived early and she was able to see me as soon as I got there. She was explanatory and extremely professional throughout the tanning portion. The application was perfectly even and there was no hint of an orange tone. Also, I am very fair skinned. I will most definitely be going back to her and recommending my friends and clients do the same.

I have been airbrushed twice by Leann and she is AWESOME! Even when I have a natural tan I am WHITE and she does a GREAT job at making me have a natural looking glow and not be orange. I also feel extremely comfortable being sprayed by her as well. Because she does such a great job I have sent numberous friends to her and will continue to in the future.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Airbrush tanning is one of those things that sounds scary /​strange /​tacky before you’ve experienced it but once you start you can’t stop! They do such a good job here that it’s hard not to walk away completely satisfied every single time. The girls doing the tans are informative and make sure to go over your needs /​desire of shade, etc before they even begin so you won’t walk away too dark or light. Self tanning gets a bad rap but this is completely, completely different. Every spot is professionally airbrushed so you won’t have any discolorations on your hands, elbows etc. Also, a lot of people worry they are going to leave looking orange or too dark which is simply not the case. The solution they use is wonderful and gives you a natural, tanned hue that is nowhere near orange. Basically, it’s the difference between dying your hair at home or going to a high quality salon to have an experienced professional give you an amazing look. My only regret is that I didn’t find out about this place sooner!

I went to Airbrush Tans of Austin the week before my wedding and they did a FANTASTIC job! I am a very pale person and was so worried about it looking orange, but it did not at all! It looked natural and very even. I highly recommend them and will always use them!

I’ve had a lot of airbrush tanning done. Sharla at Airbrush Tans of Austin is as good as it gets. Great location. Top notch products. She does an amazing job of customizing the perfect color for me based on my skin tone and what I’ll be doing for the next couple of weeks (i.e. laying on a beach or at meetings for work). I will always support local, women-​owned businesses in Austin. So I’m happy to give Sharla and her business 5 stars.

Sharla and her team are wonderful! I first found Airbrush Tans of Austin before my wedding and Sharla helped me achieve a perfect wedding day glow. I am very fair and she was able to mix up a color that looked really natural. They are professional and quick, and can have you in and out in as little as 30 minutes. All the ladies that work there are friendly and do a great job of making you feel comfortable in what could potentially be an awkward situation. My best experiences have been with Sharla and LeAnn. Remember to exfoliate before you go, then moisturize moisturize moisturize to keep your tan!

I had a fabulous experience with Airbrush Tans of Austin. The ladies there were very professional, knowledgeable & friendly; I instantly felt at ease with them. I’ve been to a few spray tan shops and have found that the color is one size fits all, however at Airbrush Tans, they took my skin color into account when determining the solution level to use on me. The product they use is safe and organic and the results are awesome! I loved my natural, glowing look. I highly recommend Airbrush Tans and am thrilled that there is now a downtown location!
