They verified our insurance and said we were covered, then a couple weeks later we ended up getting a bill for over $ 300. Great when according to your plan vaccines are covered 100 percent. Then after I talked to our insurance company who said they are out of network even though on there website it says that they are in network. Do not trust what they tell you.

My girlfriend doesn’t have insurance and was miserably sick. She went in and Ashely and Shawn took great care of her. Not only were they caring and knowledgeable but they helped keep in mind the out of pocket expense when perscribing medication. Awesome care from friendly, compassionate people. Will be back again in the future.

I have 3 children and it is much easier to take them to RediClinic than wait to get into their pediatrician. The nurse practitioner is very thorough for what has ailed my children: ear aches, sore throats, pink eye, flu shots. They took my insurance with no problem… it’s very convenient!

I’ll preface my review by saying that I never write online reviews of businesses on Unilocal. However, my experience at the RediClinic in the HEB Plus at Leander was so negative, that I feel compelled to write one. I’ve been looking to get a quick pertussis immunization, as my wife and I are expecting a child in the next few weeks. I’ve never been to a RediClinic, but, since we were shopping at HEB, I figured I would give it a shot(no pun intended ;)). I followed the massive«Sign in Here» arrow and got in line behind a family. Almost immediately, I was met by the RediClinic employee, Kim, who barked orders at me, telling me that«it was going to be awhile» and that I needed to fill out some paperwork called a Traige Assessment ticket. When I asked Kim where I could get the form, she smugly replied«Right here, where it says ‘Sign In’». She pointed to a tiny sign that was facing(for some unknown reason) away from and out of sight of the gigantic«Sign in Here» arrow. I filled out the form and brought it back to Kim. This time, she replied in an even more rude and condescending tone that«it is going to be quite some time before we see you» and that I should«have a seat.» There was no «How can I help you today?» or «Do you have a question?». I generally, along with most people, don’t enjoy being treated so rudely, so I told her not to worry about it and went back to meet my wife in the grocery store. On our way out, I felt that I should at least notify a supervisor of the poor treatment that I had received, and asked Kim if there was a supervisor at the location. She told me that I could call«Corporate» if I wanted to complain. When I asked her where I could get the number, I was told, «It’s on the computer». I walked toward the computer, and Kim told me that I «can’t be looking at people’s medical records» and stormed in front of me to retrieve the number. When I got home, I called the number and was contacted by the location’s supervisor a few hours later. While the supervisor who called me back was courteous, I feel like Kim’s behavior was highly inappropriate, especially in a clinical setting. There were only 3 other people in the whole clinic, so I can’t imagine that she was stressed by feeling busy. She must have been having a bad day. That’s fine, but, as anyone who has ever worked in customer service will tell you, you just can’t let your bad mood affect your interactions with customers. In the end, I’ll probably just go to my GP to get the shot. While it will end up being less convenient than getting it done at RediClinic would have been, at least I’ll be treated with respect. RediClinic — please hire competent staff members that are able to handle the stress of the job, without taking it out on your customers.

We have a $ 500 deductible for pediatrician visits and my kids are not sick a lot and the out of pocket charge for a pedi appointment at my kids regular dr is $ 150. I knew my 5 year old had pink eye just by looking at her. Took her to the rediclinic, in and out with a pink eye diagnosis and a prescription. Was billed $ 56 on day of service, and when they confirm my insurance won’t pay because I haven’t met my deductible, I will owe a balance of $ 33($ 89 for rediclinic visit total). They even called a day or two later to check on her. Would highly recommend for those little irritations that you don’t want to shell out the«big bucks» for at the pediatricians office if your insurance is like mine. The staff there was very efficient and friendly.
