Like a previous reviewer, we had an incident with our toddler pooping on the floor. I called Reed’s at 11am and they had someone out to us at 1:30. I think they squeezed us in between two other jobs. The charge was $ 75 to clean one room and the lady on the phone said that was their minimum charge. I think that was completely fair given they had to make a special trip and set up all of their equipment.
The man that arrived is the son of the owners and was very friendly and quickly got to work. When he left the floor looked great and had a fresh, minty smell.
We would definitely call them back when we need another cleaning! (Hopefully, not for the same reason!)

I had a very trying day with my 2 year this week. He removed his clothes twice, pooped on his bedroom carpet and stomped on it. While I was trying to clean it up he went to the living room and dumped sno cone syrup on the carpet. Beautiful blue, yellow, purple, and red in our light beige carpet. I tried soaking up but there was no way to remove the Multi color stain. I called around and stumbled onto Reeds Carpet Cleaner. The were vey helpful, half the price of Stanley Steamer quote, and could come the next day. They were on time and did a great job. I will totally recommend them to all my friends and use them again. Thank you Reeds Carpet Cleaner!
