We have used Roger Brown A/​C for years. He and his employees have always gone above and beyond with the service that they provide. Whenever we have needed him he has responded quickly and solved or problems in a very timely manner. He is also very dedicated to his customer base. I would gladly recommend his company to whoever would need a/​c services.

I contacted Roger Brown late on Friday evening as my AC was streaming water thru but was not a clogged hose (I had blown out hose and used bleach). He answered phone and made arrangements to come in the morning on Sat. After a thorough exam he determined it needed to be taken apart and was able to locate the problem and the damaged coils with cracked pan needed to be replaced. The work was done and quickly I had my AC blowing cold air with all water going outside. Thanks Roger

NO REBATE WAS FILLED BY ROGER BROWN:
After 3+ months, I called the City of Austin to find out about the status of my rebate check. Apparently, Roger never bothered to submit the paperwork and without the paperwork and his signature, there will be no rebate.
Perhaps he didn’t submit the paperwork because he didn’t want the city to inspect his substandard work.
Perhaps, they would have made him fix it and he didn’t want to do that because he already had been paid.

The a/​c had quit working at my mother’s house, I called Roger who came out to access the situation. The last people who put in a new unit put in one the was too small for her size house and not very highser rating. His crew was there the next day and got the job done quickly, cleaned up and all has been working well and more efficiently. Yeah!
