ZERO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY Stay away from this company and Billy. We wanted to have a film installed on a skylight for a small atrium area in our home. Billy and this company made the recommendations and did the installation of the product. During the recent storms we started having a leaking issue between the glass panes. To make a long story short we called out someone to fix it and we were asked who did the installation because the film was installed on the inside of the windows instead of the outside. That is something that should NEVER be done because it creates severe heat buildup which damages the seals. I just called Billy and he told me he would not even discuss this issue with me and told me to call SunTek. I called SunTek and they said they do not sell film to anyone only windows w/​the tinting. I explained Billy is using an invoice with their logo on it and referring complaints to them. They have asked me to fax a copy of that invoice because he should not be using their logo and they are seriously pursuing this. This company has no integrity and should not even be in business if they can’t do the «easy» things correctly. Run, don’t walk away from this company.

Solar Control Specialists did a great job installing window tint at my home. Really clear and cuts down on heat and glare. Highly recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the outcome of the installed window film, I chose Suntek Ultra Vision 40, it has a beautiful light blue hue to it. It just makes the outdoor colors pop, took care of my glare and heat issue. Since my home is 20 yrs old my windows aren’t in terrible shape but if and when I need to replace them, I will certainly call Billy with Solar Control Specialists for new window film. The crew was efficient, clean and friendly and I got a great deal!

Solar Control Specialists installed window film throughout our entire home. They were very professional, they did a perfect job with the installation and the results have been wonderful. I no longer have a blinding glare coming in from my picture window and my office and my daughter’s room is no longer hot from the sun. The window film really helped with reducing the heat in my office. I’m very pleased and will be referring my friends to this company.

I contacted Solar Control Specialists to install solar film on the East and West side of our home. We already had solar screens and I hoped the window tinting film would help with glare reduction and reducing the hot spots in the house. we are completly happy with the installation. they were extremely neat, on time, collected the garbage, and were nice people to have in your home. i highly recommend them.
