This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever been with. I started a new prescription and have only gotten it filled here three times. I have received the worst service from these people. There’s always an issue with not being able to find my prescription, or with claiming I don’t have insurance(I have presented my card each time). This third attempt with the new year was insurance problems, and I got a girl laughing at the fact that they wouldn’t fill my prescription and gave me a wide range of reasons why without trying to figure it out. Obviously it’s hard to understand why last month I was able to get a prescription and this month I am denied. I was told I’ve exceeded my refills, then when I said that couldn’t be it, she said I had to mail in my prescription(in the previous years of taking this it’s never been the case)…frustrated I finally told her she didn’t know, she was just throwing out guesses. She just continued to laugh and smirk. I got a manager who spoke with another pharmacist who called and let me know my insurance had placed a restriction on where to get it filled, all I had to do was switch where I was getting my prescription. I guess my insurance knows how terrible Walgreens is too!

Will this place always seems to get the job done when I’m there I’m never had really any kind of complaints. When I have that medicine field I usually go here they’re pretty fast in the pharmacy very knowledgeable and I get in and out. The store is usually pretty clean. And they usually have everything I need.

One star for the merchandise. No stars for service or the staff. We asked the pharmacist a question about over the counter medicine, but she couldn’t be bothered. She said whatever she felt like saying and walked away to go talk a coworker about personal issues. I’m lucky that I’m not a troglodyte and can figure out things on my own. We just wanted a professional opinion to ensure that we were choosing an effective method for our children. We brought up our 3 items to an empty cashier and she gave us this heavy sigh like we were bothering her. She was rude, slow, and practically made us bag our own items. People came up behind us with arms full of stuff and as we were collecting our bags that we had to reach over the counter and grab because she started scanning their items, we had to listen to her exchange pleasantries and joke with the people behind us. I’m sorry… were we not buying enough for you? Seriously. Ridiculous. First and last time in this location.

Don’t be fooled it says welcome express script members BUT that does not include Tricare insurance recipients…

Do you remember the days when you would walk into a Walgreens and shiver at the cold air hitting you as the doors open then being met by «I hate my job» ice people? Something has changed in the leadership and it shows. This particular Walgreens regardless of time of day is always«on it». The people are always so friendly and they usually have everything I need in stock from winter cold meds, to summer allergy fixes and morning Monster beverages cold and stocked! It’s become a frequent stop for me in the mornings to grab a drink on my commute. Thankfully the staff at this location doesn’t add any annoyances to the waiting traffic jams ahead of me.

Always very friendly and never too busy. It’s conveniently located on Baghdad. It will have more competition when the new CVS opens.
