Leavenworth Properties

Thank you to Gavin Johnson for helping my mom find the property of her dreams! We spent a year looking at property after property while we (and Gavin) figured out what was really important and what her dream really was. I have bought a couple of properties, but Mom never has, and this has been the most enjoyable experience I could imagine. It didn’t matter how many we looked at, how often we changed our minds, Gavin was there to support my mom (and our family) in every way. When, after a year of searching, the right one finally came available, Gavin previewed the property and called to tell us this was the one. Not only was it the one, it was better than we dreamed!!! We close in 45 days or less, and yes, Gavin and his family is invited to every barbeque! Not bad for someone we called out of the blue because their office listed the first property Mom was interested in.

Kevin and Camiekae were our agents for over a year and a half as we searched for a riverfront home in the Leavenworth area. They built a relationship with us for the long haul, and with the limited number of homes that met our basic requirements, they were always keeping a look out for potential homes or property that listed, or would be listing in the near future. Since we lived a couple hours from Leavenworth, they served well as our representatives and scouts. On one property, we were trying to get an idea of the potential view, and Kevin literally took a ladder to the vacant land, and took pictures from it to get an idea of the possible view from the house height. They spent hours with us and the inspector and builders, etc. during the closing process, since we were not local, and yet we needed various folks to look over the house for some of our feasibility reviews.
The whole team at Leavenworth Properties are great, and their office is comfortable and updated. Even the small things like coffee and water being available for us when we had just had a long trip over the mountain passes just made the process so much more enjoyable.
We would highly recommend these agents, and already have referred folks we know. It meant so much to have such personable agents who really enjoy the people they serve as much as the process of selling homes.
