Servpro of Leavenworth & NW Wyandotte Counties

Not real happy with the service we had with ServPro. Hot water tank leaked and not all the water came out, so we were lucky; but the carpets did get wet. Could have been worse, really. It took them over an hour to get to our home to check on the water damage. They DO NOT have technicians that live in the area and that can be there in a reasonable amount of time. Once they were there, they set up the fans. Then the next day two totally different guys came and tore out all the base boards; which DID NOT need to be taken off and they didn’t even save them, which they could have, but didn’t care and did a horrible job. Then the weekend came and NO ONE came to check on the fans or take them up, as they need to be removed. I had to call someone again. The follow up was horrible and they never sent us a list of carpet cleaners they recommended like they said they would. So, don’t take there word, it isn’t good. Next time we will just do it our selves. We ended up cleaning our own carpets. Now we have to pay someone to do the base boards. Oh well, I should expect this from places in Leavenworth!
