I went here for a prenatal massage as part of a bachelorette party weekend. There was nothing at all wrong with the service, it just wasn’t as exceptional as some spa experiences I’ve had in the past. Although they have a full staff of five people and we contacted them months in advance, they were slightly overwhelmed by our group wanting seven massages on the same morning. However, we were able to work that out and got everyone in over a period of a couple hours. Unfortunately there was some confusion about my particular appointment time(no fault of the spa) and my massage ended up being only 45 minutes instead of an hour, so it felt slightly rushed. The massage therapist also had kind of a light touch for my taste, but I probably could have spoken up about that. She was very nice and overall did a good job. The spa itself was lovely and calming and everyone we dealt with was pleasant. I’d probably go back, especially if I were in town for a couples weekend or something like that.

I recevied a massage from Katrina in June 2013. She was great, she listened to what I want and made the whole experience very relaxing. Customer service was wonderful. I was very happy with the service.

Tucked away in the bottom of the Best Western hotel is this serene little getaway. I love Chandra and all the great people who work here. I called them a month in advance to book spa treatments for me and 5 friends for a bachelorette weekend and they were so accommodating. They offered us each a percentage off because we had a large group, which made our 30 minute massage super affordable and worth every penny. I feel I should let everyone know that I don’t have much massage credibility since this was my first one but HOLY, why did I wait so long? They started us off with a warm neck wrap, some tea and relaxing music. The massage ended with a handmade chocolate from a local chocolatier. Even typing that makes me feel fancaaay and special!
