This place is ridiculous. I recently had Internet installed and they came out and drug an orange cable from the box to the house and just left it in the lawn. When I inquired about the cable the next day I was told someone would come and take care of it at 5:00 on July 15th. I called them around 7:00 on the 15th because nobody showed and they decided to change the date to the 31st and figured I didn’t need to know. I’ve only had Internet through them for 5 days and it has quit working every day so far. Since they’re the only Internet in this area, I’m stuck with this poor excuse for service.

Where to begin… let’s start with the horrible equipment that you have to rent monthly. We’ve gone through at least 10HD cable boxes in 3 three years. Raising the price without any warning, then having to deal with very nice but extremely incompetent customer service representatives. Whenever the cable box messes up their only option is to reboot it remotely. Which I can do simply unplugging the stupid box! Absolutely worthless«help».

I cannot explain the nightmare we have experienced with this company. From outages to billing problems to horrible customer service– it’s just doesn’t stop. I have looked into other services but TWC is the only service offered in my area. Pray for me…

I wish there was a way to leave negative stars. This company changed contract agreements mid term without notification resulting in extra fees and the return of equipment that is not there’s. Customer service initially tried to pass the buck to another company(earthlink) to pass on the blame. They passed me back to Time Warner. These 2 companies split and they are now bickering. Customers pay the price. Internet quality was garbage. Customer service was unhelpful. Company is a lying, deceitful disgrace.

I despise Time Warner Cable, they deserve NO stars. If you have the choice between TW and something else, definitely go with the«something else». They have the monopoly in Leavenworth so we don’t have a choice for internet and cable. One: the cable shuts off at 7:00 a.m. EVERYSINGLEDAY for no apparent reason(BTW: I wonder if their sponsors know their commercials are being cut off) Two: They start a commercial and stop it mid-way through and switch to another commercial… wonder if THOSE sponsors know that? Three: if you lose power for a nano-second it takes a good 10 minutes for the cable box to re-boot so you can continue to watch your favorite show!!! Four: On-Demand is great, however, if you switch to an OnDemand menu it takes 5 – 10 minutes for that menu to actually appear, then another 2 – 5 minutes to wait for the show to come up that you chose to watch, that is IF the show you want to watch is on there. TimeWarner is a complete waste of time and money. If I didn’t need the internet to do my 2nd job and if my husband didn’t need it to do his job, we would cancel it yesterday!!! EVERYONE I’ve talked to that has TW or HAD Time Warner has had issues with them. Why are they still in business?

One star is pretty appropriate for our experience so far. Granted, we have only been customers for a few weeks now, but so far I am unimpressed with Time Warner. We have had three different technicians in as many weeks out to the house for one problem or another. On the second occasion, my husband spent an hour on the phone with Customer Service trouble-shooting various things, before the CS Rep determined the problem was a faulty cable box. Two days later, a tech came out and determined that… lo and behold… we needed a new cable box! Only problem was, he didn’t have any with him. Of course, by this point it’s 7 pm on a Friday night, so he assured us he would call us Monday to come back by with a replacement box. Never heard from him, or anyone, until we called almost two weeks later when our cable and internet signals completely died. To their credit, Time Warner has credited our account for the periods of time when we had no service. And our tech today was very helpful and professional. Those are the about the only good things I have to say thus far.

If I could give them less than one star I would. Terribly unstable cable and Internet. Even worse customer service. Unfortunately in Leavenworth you have no other Internet option. However for TV I cannot recommend an alternate enough.
