Dr. Siefkes was great. I had no issues with anything related to the eye exam and actually thought that the experience was better than many I had previously with other eye care providers. However, my real issue was with the administrative aspects of my visit. I had requested five boxes of contacts be shipped to me but only four were shipped. Also, I noticed that the amount billed to my insurance for the contacts exceeded the amount that was verbally given to me at my appointment. It’s too bad because I wanted to switch to Eye Associates permanently but I’m going elsewhere now.

I have been a customer Eye Associates for several years. Every year when I visit the Leawood office for my annual eye exam I am very pleased with the service provided by Eye Associates. I am greeted promptly as I enter the office. Never do I have to wait even a few minutes beyond my appointment time. Usually I will be in and out in less than an hour. If there is an issue with my eyes the Dr. takes the time to explain in detail what their concerns are. They carry a nice selection of frames in the office to chose from, and always adjust my current glasses when I drop in because I sat on them or something like that.

The practice is ok but I was annoyed the office was closed for four days straight during Labor Day weekend.
People usually work during the week so you would think they would atleast the Saturday open during the weekend. IT might be easier to go to Costco
