Dr. Ian and his staff provide great service. They just recently saved me from an invisalign retainer mistake I made.
For over a year I’ve beeng going to Dr. Ian for dental checkups, and he has previously replaced my invisalign retainer that I lost it at the gym. Over this past weekend, I had another retainer adventure. I deformed my invisalign retainer with water that was too hot. Frantic, I was worried that my teeth would shift before I could get an appointment and new tray made. Dr. Ian’s office returned my phone call first thing on Monday morning, made a noon appointment for me, and had a replacement retainer waiting for me when I showed up. I’ve come to expect great service here, but they really went over the top today. I’m very happy that Dr. Ian and his staff saved me once again!
Besides the great customer service, the office and staff are also very nice. They have complimentary Keurig coffe, cliff bars, and more. Their early morning appointments are very convenient for getting the dentist appointment out of the way before going to work. All in all, a very well run office.

I’m really loving Dr. Ian’s new location & staff. Very clean, friendly, & all over nice environment. I enjoyed the relaxing music that was playing instead of the boring elevator music most places play. I was greeted right away & was offered coffee or water. Waited just a few seconds before going back where I met Tricia. We hit it off & even exchanged some recipes. She was very professional, gentle & made me feel comfortable. I thought it was very cool that they take digital pictures of my teeth & explained all the details to me. Much better than looking at just xrays. When all was done, they offered me a breakfast bar & let me pick out some chapstick. It was awesome & I even made it back to work on time. Now that’s excellent service & they way it should be done everywhere. So glad Dr. Ian moved his practice as he is really doing something right.

This was my first visit to Dr. Ian’s new office… There has been a definite upgrade in the facilities! He has always taken great care of mine and my families teeth. We look forward to many years of excellent dental care.
