The store seemed fine. No one was in the store and I was greeted. However, other than the greeting, the staff was short with me. When I said I was looking for an engagement ring and asked for some advice, instead of giving me recommendations, suggestions, and sharing their professional expertise with me, the lady basically told me to look online. If they are trying to stand out from the rest on customer services, they’ve definitely stood out… in a bad way. Some chain stores I’ve visited have treated me better. Won’t be getting my ring from them.

This place is absolutely beautiful!!! Staff are really knowledgeable in their product. They came right up to help me. I was so impressed with their selection, hands down the best and most beautiful jewelry pieces I’ve ever seen! Angie is the lady who helped me and she was darling. She went above and beyond my expectations! This place is my favorite place to shop for all the new trends and classics!!! Be sure to ask for her she is amazing and very sweet!!! Thank you for all your help!!!

I wouldn’t go there. I ordered my husband’s ring. Paid for it and waited two weeks past the eta. I called in and they said that they didn’t know when it will arrive, maybe another three weeks.
I asked them why it took so long but no one could give me an answer, not even the family member owner gentleman. No one ever called to tell me it would be late.
I asked for my money back and they said that I signed the contract therefore cannot get my money back. I lost $ 600 and told them I didn’t want the ring. I didn’t want something worn by my husband with such a bad experience.
Family owned, don’t care kind of business.
